I am familiar with Homz studios at Palaio Faliro. They are set nicely; they have all what one needs to stay comfortably - short-term or long-term. The area is quiet and has good Greek and International restaurants that match almost all tastes, supermarkets and lots of Greek boutiques.

The trees and singing-birds near the balconies bring in so much liveliness to the studios during sunlight hours. The sea is less than 600 meters away. As soon as you step out of the building and you look at your left side, you see the amazingly crystal-like sea of Palaio Faliro 😊

Homz team at Palaio Faliro is exceptional; they are family, not hosts 🌷 and they are kindly there for help, advice, or any relevant inquiries to make ones stay as pleasant as it should be.

If you - as a traveler - prefer and enjoy staying at studios, Homz Studios is the best.

We have spent a very nice week staying in the studio FH 11 in Paleo Faliro. The apartment was exactly as we aspected and it was well equipped, we had everything we need and even more. The staff has always been kind and helpful, since the very beginning with the booking and then when we arrived, their hospitality has been on top. We are glad to have chosen them for our stay and we really enjoyed this zone around Athens for our vacation (we easily reached all the beaches all above the coast and also the center of Athens with the local tram). For sure we will consider other of their apartment options...

We had a large studio on the ground floor. It was clean and tidy when we arrived and had all the facilities listed. The location is perfect: close to the beach, close to local restaurants and bakeries and the city center of Athens was merely around 10-15 min by taxi.
