Port of Sfakia — Attraction in Municipality of Sfakia

Reviewing Sfakia port as a beach and giving it 5 stars not comparing with other beaches around but for its town functionality.

It's a small cala style of beach of dark pebbles. Super clean, water crystal clear and with very easy access from the street. It also has FREE public sunbeds and umbrellas. Yes, there are tons of restaurants and taverns meters away and the sporadic boat entering and leaving port but it's not terrible.

Would I come here everyday of a stay in Hora Sfakion? Of course not, but for a quick swim meters away from the hotel and a little nap in the shade, it's...

Small very clean pebble beach around harbour area with turquoise water that you can see to the bottom it's so clear, a good choice of lovely tavernas and small shops selling local produce. It is a beautiful beach but not very well equipped with sunbeds and not very well maintained to rest on the shore, otherwise for swimming the water is amazing, crystal clear but you need to be careful of boats entering the port if you plan to swim deeper.
