We visited this hotel in mid August arriving at at 2am. We were shown to our superior room with a private pool. The room had a double bed and a metal zbed. The room itself was tiny and tired. There is no wardrobe just a rail with about 4 coat hangers and a couple of shelves to put your stuff on.|The toilet in our superior room didn't refill after flushing unless you hit it! The shower didn't stay on for the first few days until the maintenance guy came and looked at it. We had a fridge which you couldn't open fully as the stained door would hit the side of the bed. They did have bath robes and slippers, however the bottom of the robes looked like they had been dunked in urine, not even close to being a superior room. There were no tea and coffee facilities as advertised and one of the lights in the room was hanging off.|Our pool was ok apart from the light not working and dangling off the side.|The hotel itself is very geared up for the French, who are given different coloured wristbands, which I assume gives them better drinks and some other perks. The pool bar has some friendly staff but the drinks option on the all inclusive are severely limited and the beer is warm and pretty rubbish.|Breakfast was OK but in general the food was rubbish and very little variation, the worst I've had in crete. There is an a' la carte restaurant over the road from the hotel you can book. However no one will tell you this and I believe you have to pay for your drinks.|The entertainment staff are OK, however they are a French company and as is with most things it I aimed towards the Large French contingent.|Bali itself is a nice resort and thankfully has some lovely reasonably priced restaurants along the beach front.|In hindsight had I been aware that the hotel is geared towards the French I wouldn't have booked this hotel and having stayed here I wouldn't return as It is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in abroad and amazes me it has 4☆ rating, which is...
Read moreMost staff are rude.
The food is terrible, disgusting and salty and made me sick right away, all inclusive is a rip off, they offer one choice of food either eat it or go hungry, normally one meat, one maybe two veg, rice and salad. Dessert is sliced brown apple, so no dessert at all.
NOT child friendly, pool bar is never open, the pool is freezing, no food available between meals except ham sandwich that's it all year round which they confirmed themselves.
Bar closes at 10:30pm no entertainment at all so bed time at 10:30pm as it's dead around here which is 8:30pm in UK so dont expect any evening fun at all.
Beds are rock hard. Rooms are basic but cheap so wouldn't expect any less to be fair.
This place has a 3* rating I wouldn't agree with this at all.
My recommendation is avoid, worst place I've ever stayed at, food is worse than terrible and I've travelled the world staying in hostels and huts and can make a good comparison.
One plus it's clean and some staff are very friendly, the man that greeted us initially very late at night was very friendly and helpful.
The day time reception woman is extremely rude and really doesn't care, if you raise any concerns she just tells you to go away isn't interested and speak to the manager.
A friend we met there asked her to speak to a man who was spitting in the pool, she did nothing and was only interested in having the all inclusive bands back because it was their last day or they sign a waiver to say they wouldn't make any complaints and keep all inclusive until the bus came.
Don't understand the 5* rating here at all, I can only assume these people have no taste buds.
I left this hotel and booked some where else...
Read moreWell we read a few mixed reviews so was a little unsure of what we were going to get. I went with my mum and my young son. During our stay it was mostly French holidaymakers, this just ment the staff spoke mostly French and very little English. But everyone was polite and friendly. The entertainment wow what to say it was done by a small team but the energy put into it was amazing. I would just love the energy that one of the ladies had, I was exhausted watching her. But for a small hotel the entertainment is not bad. ||We had a room with a pool this made it for us. We got my son in and his confidence grew in the pool. The room was lovely a little small for 3 beds but you spend more out than you do in the room. Housekeeping came everyday. The downside we had the dogiest loo ever it was reported on several occasions and fixed straight away but broke within 24 hours, hoping they replace it ready for the next guests. ||Best bits we arrived at 11pm and offered snacks in the restaurant and you could help yourself to drinks this was a bonus. We also had a welcome bottle in the room fab just what was needed after a long day.||Didn't get all the information until most of the way through our holiday, |The beach with free sun beds. The bar located across the road tucked away with amazing views and a delicious meal, even did a meal special for our son as he only likes spaghetti and nuggets. ||Would I go back yes I would especially with my own pool next time the men can come and get the hot tub then we have best of both. ||Thanks for...
