UPDATE JUNE 2025
I recently visited Tarsanas Beach, and I can honestly say it left a great impression on me—though it does come with a few things to keep in mind, especially during peak season.
The beach itself is small and cozy, tucked away in a charming little cove. It has a very clean and well-kept feel, and it’s clear the owners take pride in maintaining the area. What really stood out was how calm and shallow the water is, making it perfect for families with young kids or anyone looking to relax without dealing with strong waves. I even brought my snorkeling gear and was surprised by the variety of fish near the rocks—great for a quick snorkeling session!
The beach bar is small but lovely, with friendly, attentive staff. Prices are a bit on the higher side for the area (sunbeds are “free” but require a €10 minimum consumption per person), but I felt it was fair given the location and atmosphere. They serve good coffee and light snacks, and everything I tried was fresh.
There’s also a boutique aparthotel right behind the beach, which I didn’t stay at but walked through—it looks modern, very clean, and has private parking, fast Wi-Fi, and daily housekeeping. If I return, I’d definitely consider staying there for the convenience alone. Everything—restaurants, shops, even rental places—is within walking distance.
Now, a heads-up: because the beach is quite small, it does get very crowded during the summer. I arrived early (around 9:30 AM), and by 11 it was already packed. The sunbeds are placed quite close to each other, so if you value privacy or space, you might want to come during the week or off-season.
All in all, Tarsanas Beach is a gem if you're looking for a relaxing, scenic spot with shallow waters and great service. It’s ideal for families or couples, especially if you appreciate a more intimate beach experience with amenities close at hand. Just make sure to arrive early and bring your snorkeling gear!

Read moreTarsanas Beach is absolutely beautiful! The facilities are incredibly well organized and perfectly maintained – everything feels clean and orderly. Prices are very reasonable, making it easy to spend the whole day here without worrying about costs. The blonde lady who welcomed us was extremely kind and helpful. She clearly explained the pricing options: the back row sunbeds are €10 each, or you can choose the consumption option – for example, €20 per sunbed including that amount in food/drinks. So if you’re four people, it’s €40 plus whatever extra you order; or €80 for four people, and after paying €80 you can spend the full amount on your orders – whether it’s beer, toast, a club sandwich, or a burger. She went through all the options with us one by one, which was really nice and transparent.
Whether you choose the sunbeds, the cabanas, or the brown sunbeds, you can stay comfortably in the shade all day thanks to the well-positioned umbrellas. Combined with the gentle sea breeze, it keeps you cool and completely eliminates the discomfort of hot, humid weather – making it even easier to relax. Overall, it’s a perfect spot to spend a stress-free day by the sea – highly...

The beach is small but there are all kinds to choose from - warm stones in the sunshine, fresh grass in the shade of trees or soft sand under umbrellas. There is a small pier to jump into the water. At the end of May there are only a few people, very private and romantic! The staff is very helpful and nice without being intrusive. The food is delicious, we ordered moussaka and sragetti bolognese and were very pleased! Thanks for the pleasant...
