A very picturesque stone-built village with an amazing view of Portaria and Volos. The nature Makrinitsa is also spectacular. There are many shops with local products and cafes/restaurants with very good food. The main square is fantastic! There are many stray dogs waling around, but most of them won't come close. No cars are allowed in the village, which makes the experience even more authentic. That means, however, that you will have to park outside the village if the parking is full.
