Aqua Palota — Attraction in Gyulai járás

Not so good, you need ticket for every part (ticket for sauna, ticket for pools, ticket for loocker, tichet for general admission). In general admission you have only the olympic pool (a little cold) and a small one for kids (the wave pool was cold and no waves). In rest only the thermal pools . Sauna is small and the cold water was missing . Things in construction, staff that doesn't understand basic english (only one guy) . Food ok but no basic hygiene - no gloves, the staff puts their dirty hands on the food , they are also rude because you dont pronounce the names correctly . You can easy avoid this water park. First of all if you come in from Gyulla wellness hotel, there os no clear signs how to get it the aqua palota, this was our second time(and last) and we needed to ask everyone for help on where are the changing rooms, where to go to aqua park, there is no english signs anywhere.

Second, whe warerwas so cold in every pool except for baby pool. It says water temperature is 31c, it was max 28! It was cold for me, little less for my two baby boys.

Small, crowded and noisy, compared to other aquaparks in Hungary. There are not enough sunbeds, the cashier did not speak English. Please be careful because you cannot pay tickets only for Aqua Palota, they make you pay an extra fee to enter Aqua Palota, so I would say that the value for money is terrible.
