Forest Essentials — Attraction in Bengaluru

Worst possible experience in RMZ mall,forest essentials.I am currently not staying in Blore .I purchased products worth 12,000rs in this mall and the lady who spoke very nicely to just sell the products without understanding the skin type suggested the products and I purchased them.after usage of one of the sample product (for night time) I developed big pimples…which I communicated to her and she told don’t use another product called Rasa tejal which I had purchased and they are expensive products ,so I asked her when I had told my skin type is prone to pimples why did u suggest??she told initially we ll help and nothing is done ,on asking the managers number she didn’t provide that as well….so BE CAREFUL before u apply any product ,they ll say Ayurvedic but not everything suits eveeyone.I WANT TO TALK RO THE MANAGER ANS GET...

I always love visiting Forest essentials store and my go-to store is on Galleria Mall , Yelahanka. The staff is very knowledgeable and customer service is above and beyond . I shopped there today and as usual I came away with happy smiles and smelling great . Right from the get-go Poonam / Poornima ( I get names wrong all the time 😊)was a delight . She gave me a thorough tour of all the products, her knowledge of the products was impeccable and she addressed all my skin issues and recommended the right products . It was such a pleasure to not have pushy salespeople but someone who actually was suggesting the right products . A special mention for Sharukh and Sangwan, who were attentive and ready to serve with a smile . All in all a very great...

For the first time ever i leave a 1star. Especially for the one in Mall of Asia. Service is pathetic and they even lack courtesy to keep us informed about the delivery. We have been waiting for a delivery for last 1 week and still doing that.
