Popeyes - Famous Louisiana Chicken — Restaurant in Bengaluru

During my recent visit to Popeyes - Famous Louisiana Chicken located at Unit No. 01 – K2F on the Second Floor of Galleria Mall, Bellary Rd, Yelahanka, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560064, I encountered a troubling experience. The establishment seemed to engage in deceptive practices by overcharging customers, regardless of the chosen option or combo. This suspicion arose when interacting with a member of the billing team who appeared to be of Tamil descent and struggled to comprehend our specific requests.

Unfortunately, the service at Popeyes was disappointingly slow, especially during my order of a single veg wrap roll, which took well over 30 minutes to be served. The prolonged waiting time undoubtedly dampened the dining experience.

In terms of the food quality, the taste was middling at best. While it wasn't particularly impressive, it also failed to meet expectations of flavor and freshness. This underwhelming culinary experience has left me with little desire to return to Popeyes...

I had very bad experience at The Galleria Mall popeys store.. I had swiped my card for Rs 292 on may 11th 2025 and I didn't receive any receipt ended up with some error on screen.. again i swiped 292 same thing happened.. later I went to reception and took food for Rs 439.94 . And surprisingly i received a statement with all three deduction on my card statement.. then I spoke to customer care.. they said it will be refunded in 7 working days .. again after 7 days I tried speaking them ,they said 2more days.. later they connected to outlet manager.. Now manager is asking me to get it resolved by visiting to store and he is saying they are not accepting any payment through kiosk he doesn't know what's going on in his outlet .. To get 292+292 , I have to spend 600 and got to his out let... Hence fourth i recommend non of u guys use kiosk.. I will never use Popeye and I recommend any of my known people to use Popeye though my kid like their...

Worst experience ever! Waited over 25 mins and I was the only customer. Order on the kiosk and then went to the counter to confirm they received my order. The Manger said yes and I could see my order on the screen. After 20 mins of waiting I went to check. Still not ready. Manager was on the phone busy talking to others. I asked if I could please have my drink at least. The machine wasn't working. She went to the nearby restaurant to get ice. I ordered a Fanta it wasn't working so I said sprite is fine. It came as pure syrup. 2 other people came they got their orders. I'm still waiting. Anyway I ordered just fries, onion rings, and a veg wrap. Everything was horrible and cold. And the onion rings don't have any onions. Lol I realize I'm in a different country but seriously...
