My recent visit to Burger King left me thoroughly disappointed on multiple fronts. Firstly, they were out of stock of all classic burgers, which was a major letdown.

Opting for the Hot 'N' Saucy burger instead, I was promised a fiery experience with a description boasting of a "Chilli Saucy patty" and "spicy sauce" nestled between soft square masala buns. However, the reality fell far short of expectations. The burger lacked the promised spiciness and was overwhelmingly saucy to the point of being messy. Additionally, the burger itself was poorly assembled, with the patty appearing squashed and the overall shape unappetizing.

Adding to the disappointment was the demeanor of the billing staff. The individual attending to me was rude, displaying a lack of basic courtesy with no eye contact and distracted behavior. Moreover, I witnessed a heated altercation between this staff member and another customer, lasting several minutes and escalating into a serious verbal confrontation conducted in the local language. The aggressive behavior of the customer, coupled with the evident lack of professionalism from the staff, created a hostile atmosphere that further tainted the dining experience.

Overall, my experience at Burger King was marred by subpar food quality, poor customer service, and an unsettling incident of conflict between staff and customers. Particularly this outlet of burger king is pathetic. First of all the person who’s taking orders doesn’t give complete information about the order you are placing. I ordered a regular meal for two but after billing I came to know that coke was not being given to us. When asked, they said we don’t have coke. This information was to be given beforehand if something is lacking from the main menu displayed at the outlet. And after highlighting this, I was given coke. Why would the representative hide the availability of coke when it was available ? Customer service is zero because they don’t think about the customer experience and just take orders and try to add extra stuff while giving order at additional prices without informing about the basic avaialbility of the products which a customer ordered in the initial place. Unhygienic food served! The staff showed complete disregard for food quality and customer feedback. I ordered French fries, and upon receiving them, I mentioned to Mr. Yogesh, who served me, that they didn’t look right. His response was dismissive, saying, “That’s how the fries look.” Unable to argue, I left the counter. However, to my shock, I later noticed a sticky, yellowish substance coating the inside of the fries—something I hadn’t initially spotted because the portion was full. Unfortunately, my 2-year-old child consumed some before I realized. Alarmed, I immediately ran to the counter and informed Mr.Yogesh, but he showed no concern and completely disregarded my complaint.
