Disappointing Experience: Overpriced and Underwhelming I recently utilized Jayant Probikes and Fitness Jayanagar for Bicycle service . Regrettably, my experience fell far short of expectations, leaving me thoroughly dissatisfied. Firstly, the pricing seemed exorbitant considering the quality of service delivered. Despite assurances of excellence, the reality was starkly different. Not only did I pay a premium, but the results were subpar, failing to justify the hefty price tag. Moreover, the service itself was underwhelming. Goods they replaced break leaver they fitted fibre break lever but they charged more than that of alloy, I checked the prices online as compared to the price this shop charge me three time more than that price than market and whatever they billed goods are not delivered the same . This lack of attention to detail and competence left me feeling frustrated and shortchanged. Communication was another area that left much to be desired. It's imperative for a service provider to maintain clear and prompt communication, especially when dealing with clients paying a premium. Overall, my experience with Jayant Probikes and Fitness Jayanagar was deeply disappointing. The combination of inflated pricing and substandard service quality is simply unacceptable. I urge prospective customers to carefully consider their options before engaging with this service provider. In conclusion, I would not recommend [Service Name] based on my negative experience. I visited this store along with my son to buy a cycle for him without an idea which one to buy. There I met Mr. Jayaram. He educated us about types of cycles, gear and non gear cycles, how to decide frame size, tyre size and then recommended few models based on our requirements. We finalized a bike then we thought, we will do research for 2 days and take the final call. He was so polite and respected our decision. Then after 2 days we were sure that the cycle recommended by him is the best one for us and I called him that I will come to buy the cycle then he said that he can send the cycle to the nearest store to my home i.e., Jayant cycles, Marathalli. I didn't even request him to do so, he did it himself. I went to Marathalli store and bought the cycle. I was hearing some gear related noise so I recently went to this place to get my gear adjusted. They made my gear worse within no time and the gears stopped shifting properly (which was absolutely fine before) when I questioned about it they me to leave it for service and I did so.

Later when I went back to collect my bike I just saw that oil was spilled all over the bike like it was literally dripping from chain, freewheel, crankset and derailleur. Whole bike was greesy. But none of the problem was fixed. When questioned the mechanic he asked me to change freewheel, cranckset and derailleur. It was absolutely non-sense as my bike was not even 6 months old and rearly used and all of a sudden both the owners and machine started behaving rude and I had to take my bike broken

Never trust these guys and leave your bike with this guys....all that they do is make money and behave rudely with the customer for the mistake...
