Small outlet. When I arrived at the store much options weren't available. As always cakes are really nice and all cakes available were eggless. If you want any specific flavoured cake, better to book time ahead as everything gets sold quickly. Pastries and cupcakes are also sold there and they taste really amazing. Party crackers, candles, birthday signs, knife etc are available. Staffs were really helpful. The place is maintained quite clean and ambience is good. There are tables and chairs inside the store to sit and chat over some pastries.

This a famous chain of bakery around Bangalore! Ordered a chocolate truffle cake for my colleague's B-Day from here and it was amazing. The ganache is so thick and chocolatey! 😍 Price is nominal.

Ordered a cake for my sisters engagement! We ordered fondant cake but at the time of engagement they gave us cream finished cake with no proper finishing also . And they cheat you and without prior notice change the cakes according to their wish ! Be careful if you’re ordering here ! Best suggestion is please don’t order here as if they cheat you on the day of the event it will be unavoidable for you to take elsewhere at that moment also ! Very disappointed in their service. And even they inform the change only when you ask ! please confirm 1000 times before you book

When you showed us few samples of the cream finishing cakes , the finishing was not upto mark thats why opted for fondant cake and we had earlier told a lot times particularly that we require fondant cake only. and moreover there is no much refund what was offered for the cream finishing cake . elsewhere they charge rs.600 - 800per kg for the cream finishing cake . but still theyve chargeed 1300 per kg for cream...

Worst service ever and rudest behaviour by the mannerless employees of this shop. They don't deserve that one star also if possible I would under rate them even more. They are not taking responsibility for delivering the damaged and wrong cake and yet yelling at their customers over phone for asking why did they deliver the wrong cake? What sort of disgusting customer service is this? I am totally abused by the rude employee of the shop for asking the reason. can someone look into this issue? I will keep writing reviews everywhere until I receive an explanation for the ruckus caused by your employee. Please do not visit or order from this place. Even if you get food poisoning eating at this place they won't take the responsibility....

Before I write my feedback let me clarify that my issue was with a cake ordered online and not at Jayanagar store. Unfortunately I picked up the cake at this location and hence have given it a poor rating. I had ordered a birthday birthday cake which when I received did not have the photo I had given them.

I contacted the JB team and sent them whatsapp messages showing the cake I received. No response. Tried calling their call center no response. Tried sending an email. No response. The Jayanagar store franchisee raised a complaint on my behalf, still no response.

Looks like JB does not...
