Hotel Pai Comforts, JP Nagar — Hotel in Bengaluru

We had a very bad experience at Pai Comforts. We stayed here from 12/11/2019 to 14/11/2019. We had a good experience during our first trip. But this time we had a very bad experience at Pai Comforts.We faced the following issues.

1. We booked for plan, which includes Accomodation+Breakfast+Dinner. But their employee told me that our packeage does not include dinner. I told him that our plan includes dinner. I had to go back to my room and bring the document to prove that our plan includes dinner. I felt humilated at the restaurant. Finally after 5-10 minutes later they found that some operator made a mistake and entered wrong data in the system. DIS-RESPECTING YOUR GUESTS IS A VERY BAD THING. AT THE END I WAS HUMILATED AT THE RESTAURANT, INFRONT OF MANY PEOPLE.

2. Waiter manipulated the bill amount. Bill was 890, but he increased to 900. So I told him to change the bill, WAITER TOOK 10 RUPEES FROM HIS POCKET AND TRIED TO GIVE IT TO ME. VERY BAD BEHAVIOUR. POOR MANAGEMENT .Later the guy at the reception explained about how the bill was calculated. WAITER SHOULD HAVE EXPLAINED IT, INSTEAD OF GIVING 10 RUPEES TO ME.

3. Bathroom was too small. They charged 55INR for one mineral...

Room - super clean, all amenities as mentioned and very comfortable.

Food - Breakfast is complimentary and is very good with variety and taste, they put effort. Buffet of South and North style options, even kids can enjoy as there are juices, milkshakes, cakes, sandwich etc. Room service is super fast and tasty as well, If you are vegetarian try their Biryani. And i had my flight at Lunch time so they even packed me some food from breakfast buffet by my choice, It was very nice.

Staff - This is the best part, all the staff is very helpful and respectful. They even helped me by suggesting many places. You will be amazed by how welcoming the staff is, same goes with their restaurant staff.

Nearby - Supermarket, hospital and a Mall is nearby. This area you can find wide range of food as well. Cabs, autos and buses are easily accessible.

More - Compliments to the co partner and director there Mr. Umanath, He is an amazing Man, very helpful and Kind hearted.

I was here for a Work trip and I am very happy as staying here made my experience lot more better. Thank you Hotel...

This is my 3rd time staying over here, The last 2 visits Everything was good, and I did not feel like looking for another place to stay whenever we visited Bangalore. This time it is forcing us to change the place for the next visit. The bathroom had been stinking since the time we entered, when informed, they just came and sprayed some air freshener, temporarily for some time the smile got reduced, and again it was the same. The fridge is not working, I had kept chocolates, and after some time I just opened the fridge to give them to someone, the chocolates were lying in the water, fridge was leaking, Informed the hotel staff and HK staff came and cleaned it and asking how is it happened????!!, after which no service nothing. Had to keep the stuff outside only. found mosquitoes flying...
