Hi All, I bought a Cycle from the stores. Infact we were very eager to buy the Cycle. As I was seeing this Shop for a long time I thought we but it from here as my House is 3.5 Km away from the stores. Well we thought of one Cycle and Convinced my Wife and BIL to buy , we bought 3 Cycle together. Before sales was very good as I have to say they gave a good deal. We bought the Cycle on 19th August. Since it was 3 Cycles we took a Carriage Vehicle. We had been given Air Pump as FOC. But we forgot to Take the pumps while taking delivery at my place. We realised that we left the pumps in the Carriage. We Communicate the Shop person on the next day morning and told him the issue. For my good luck the Carriage guy came to my place and deliered it who was promp enough. Matter started when this guy called the Owner that the customer's commodity is left in my Carriage!! Well the Owner of the Shop was very reluctant and Said. It's not my problem if he has left. This was Conveyed to the driver its his fate i can't do anything. Well I would have not known if the driver would have not communicated. Well I was Surprised how can people do this for the customer's. As by profession am a sales guy. I felt there is Human touch in this operation. Well I don't Recommend this stores to any of my Friends Or Relatives as this is attracious. Never I will...

I don't recommend buying bicycle at this place. I bought a hydra knight bicycle from this place a few months ago.

At the time of purchasing, I was promised that the free servicing duration will be extended irrespective of what was mentioned in the service card. Also the owner failed to make an entry on the card though I insisted. However, when the cycle is due for second servicing, they are informing me that the service has expired and I need to pay.

After 2 months of purchasing the cycle, the pedal broke. The pedal had to be replaced roughly after 150 kms of riding.

Very rude Behaviour towards the customer.

I don't recommend you to buy any cycle from this place as these are people who lie for the sake of selling. I rather recommend an online purchase rather than buying from here.

If you still want to buy, make sure you get things written on a document at the time of purchase with the signature from the owner so that you can sue them if they deny anything that...
