KLAY Whitefield - Pre Schools and Daycare — Attraction in Bengaluru

I have enrolled my son in Jr. Toddler group at Klay Whitefield branch. Its been only 4 months since I have enrolled my son in Klay and I have seen distinguishable changes in my son’s development. What is commendable is that the entire team puts genuine effort in taking care of the child and addressing parents concerns. I had enrolled in Klay based on strong recommendations from friends but I did have some doubt at the initial level that probably they may not keep up to their promise or claims once we seek admission. But I was proved wrong. From day 1 till date all my concerns have been addressed in a timely manner. The whole team is experienced in handling the children and taking care of them. If required they have taking additional steps and/or gone out of the way to make the child comfortable in their environment. I have never had any major issue in having my concerns addressed by the KLAY team. Pooja Bhatla always prioritizes and accommodates to listen to parents and their concerns even if we haven’t sought prior appointment. She personally looks into the settlement period of a child and proactively takes measures to find alternative solution in case the child has issues settling in. She is open to 360 degree feedback and has undertaken steps to rectify the issues. She is honest about any limitations that the facility has and also ensures about measures taken to address the same. Divya takes care of the Toddler program and has been instrumental in bringing activities for the child’s development. As a worried parent in the initial days of settlement she was patient to discuss with us about our concerns and provide logical and satisfactory answers. Though at that period we had doubts about putting our son at Klay but eventually we realized that it was all part of the development and settlement phase for our son. Aparna for day one was very approachable and provided all information regarding the admission to our satisfaction. Not only at the time of admission did she assist us but post admission as well she is always available to address our queries. Its not because she is hired to do this and its part of her job but because of her customer focus and willingness to help the parents. Supriya our son’s class teacher has taking additional steps to settle our son. She has always been patient in handling our son. She took all our recommendation/suggestions and implemented it. She has a friendly approach towards toddlers and engages them in a nice way. It is important that the teacher has the right temperament towards the toddlers and Supriya displays the correct attitude towards toddlers. My son goes to Klay and I'm super proud of it! Its been 4 months that my son (3 yrs old) has been going to Klay now. He's learnt so much in the past 4 months that I think I should have put him there earlier. My son is so happy to go to Klay that he literally runs out of the car to go in. And when I pick him up in the evenings, he wants to show me around all the new things on the boards and the walls in his school. He tells people he goes to a "Big School" now. Here's what I like about the school: Teaching methods: Very relevant to the age group and scientifically designed Teacher's attitudes: In the acclimatisation week and later from the live camera feeds, I have seen that the kids are treated with respect and professionally. No extra pampering, no punishments, no molly coddling, yet made to follow rules. Children are not forced to do something they don't like. They are gently persuaded. I like this practical approach. It makes my son more responsible. Open door policy: School authorities are always open to conversations with parents and listen to parents' needs and are willing to work out solutions Creativity galore: My son's bag comes back with so much art work and he is now hooked to painting and colors. Food: Hygienic, healthy and varied - what more can a parent want? There's always something on the menu that my son can eat, even if he's being choosy. Safety: Live-cam plus strict policy on picking up child after school Last bit of advice: Don't judge this place by the bad reviews in other "popular" websites. Every person has a different experience, but most people who are happy hardly take the time to write reviews, whereas, unhappy people do want to make their voice heard. Klay has been nothing short of a second home for my child. From the moment he joined the Infants program right after turning one, we have felt truly fortunate to be part of this nurturing environment.

The love, care, and dedication shown by the staff has been extraordinary. Special thanks to Jinu Ma’am, his teacher during the Infants program, and Parvathi Aunty, his caregiver at the time. Their consistent affection, patience, and hard work played a pivotal role in helping my son adapt quickly to the daycare environment. Their efforts ensured that his transition into this new setting was smooth and joyful.

As he moved to the Junior Toddler program, his experience continued to be just as wonderful. A heartfelt shoutout goes to Bharathi Ma’am, who made this transition seamless and stress-free. Her warmth and ability to engage the children sparked my son’s interest in the class. He now thoroughly enjoys the interactive activities, and it is evident that he feels both happy and secure under her guidance.

I would also like to express my gratitude to Harishree Ma’am for her calm, gentle demeanor and loving nature. My son holds a special fondness for her, which is a testament to the genuine connection she builds with the children.

Lastly, I must commend the Centre Head, Soniya Bharti Ma’am, for her exceptional leadership and approachability. Her warmth and welcoming nature create a positive atmosphere that radiates throughout the center. The way she handles children with such care and attentiveness is truly commendable and deeply appreciated.
