Unbiased Review : Situated conveniently near metro station, Biergarten offers a refreshing simple and minimalist ambience that emphasises substance than showiness. If you really want a flashy or chic ambience/ decor this isn’t the place for you.

For beer enthusiasts, Biergarten proves to be a consistent delight. Hefeweizen is a must try here. Overall brewed beers here never disappoints.

Food : When it comes to food. They are consistent almost every time. Dahi Kebab and Chilli chicken earns their place as notable dishes. Definitely try them. Some minor inconsistencies can be overlooked but again 90% of the time food here never falls short.

Must try : Dahi Kebab, Chilli Chicken, Guishao Chilli Chicken.

Guishao Chilli chicken : A triumph among accompaniments to the brewery’s fantastic beer is the Guishao Chilli Chicken. WOW. Executed to perfection, the chicken strikes a harmonious balance of flavours.The spice level is calibrated impeccably. Dish has sweet notes too. Not overly but just right.

Onion rings as usual can’t go wrong with them.nothing remarkable just onion rings.

Mocktails : Summer Punch falls short of expectations. It resembles fruity and taste nothing like a crafted beverage. Fruit Punch although it fares better that summer punch, just mediocre.

Service and Staffs : Staffs are welcoming and understanding. Most of them are willing to help and polite. Although during peak hours it may prove difficult to get their attention. I would suggest a better coordination among the staffs.

Toilets : There is room for improvement. Make sure cleaning staffs constantly keep an eye to make sure there isn’t any foul smell.

Parking : Valet Parking is available.

Summing up, Biergarten experience is largely positive delivering on its promise of excellent brewed beer and food. Nevertheless there is room for growth, particularly in dish consistency. A noteworthy observation is the consistency in chicken dishes .

My recent visit to this restaurant was extremely unpleasant. Below are the key issues that make this place unworthy of a visit:

Food Quality – Below Standard

The food was not served hot, making it unappetizing.

Mutton dishes were of terrible quality, chewy, and poorly cooked.

Mocktails were completely tasteless and lacked freshness.

Very limited dessert options, with nothing appealing.

Service – Pathetically Slow & Unprofessional

Service was extremely slow, with long waiting times for even basic requests.

Servers were inattentive and did not even notice when customers needed something.

Plates were not placed on the table, and water refills had to be asked for multiple times.

Even after repeated requests, the staff ignored basic service needs.

Despite the terrible service, they charged a 10% service fee, which was completely unjustified.

Lack of Consideration for Families & Kids

No dedicated food options for children.

When asked for a non-spicy option for a kid, the staff refused and did not offer any alternative.

The restaurant does not cater to family dining needs at all.

Unfriendly & Rude Staff

The servers did not bother to engage with customers or address their concerns.

They hesitated to accommodate even small requests, showing complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

No effort was made to create a welcoming dining experience.

Poor Management & Customer Experience

The restaurant seems to take customers for granted, showing no interest in improving service.

Management has failed to train staff properly, leading to a chaotic dining experience.

The overall atmosphere is unwelcoming and frustrating.

This place is a complete waste of money and time. I strongly advise against visiting, especially for families looking for a comfortable dining experience. Avoid this restaurant...
