I feel that the managment is thinking that the can give what ever they feel like and they expect customers to accept the food what they deliver without taking into account what they are delivering.....and I want to remind the managment that it will not go on for long .....if they continue the same way probably they have to close down all their restaurants very soon as customers are not fools...and the bad things spread faster then...

Worst experience at the majestic branch. I was yet to finish my lunch and the waiter brings in a finger bowl to wash my hands and leave. Staff do not know how to ask or reply to a question and that is a shame. I've known the restaurant for years and every time I visit them I've been humiliated. Hope someone looks into the issue but at the same time I also know that they will never learn how to handle a customer. Shame on...
