Located on the ever busy Sarjapur road of Bangalore,this place just excuses itself from the traffic the moment you enter the premises. The friendly security guard shows you to the private parking area of Vapour.

Perched itself on the top of the building on 7 th floor, this place gives you a beautiful view of traffic crawling below at a distance and 2 lakes on each side with the strong breeze hitting your face. Wow.

This huge place has 2 levels-half of it outside under the stars and the other half inside. One huge projector TV covers both the floors viewing angle.At full capacity this place can easily accommodate around 300 pax at a time.

The ambience is so good that the moment you step into the place,you tend to get relaxed.The passion for the ambience by the promoter speaks in the work executed.

The service is extremely good-starting from the front office receptionist to the manager who shows your table,the bartender pampering you with the barman special and the chef whipping up some of the finest delicacies. The place has its own brewery and a full fledged bar on the premises

The Cocktails tried were-

1.Blood Bank-the humble watermelon is the tumbler that holds the drink. The fruit is carved out... then white spirit with watermelons and loads of ice with 4 straws is served. Beautiful...loved the minute detail. Recommended

2.Sex on the beach- One of the good cocktails have tried after HOUSE OF COMMONS is here. Too good.

The Starters tried were

1.Cocktail Tawa Samosa Chaat-here The Innovative thinking of the chef takes the front seat and has delivered a dish to absolute perfection that changed my perception to veg food. A absolute show stopper. Hats off Chef. Foodies...please try. 2.Nut and Beans Masala-good But am not a great fan of nuts or veg foods.Good to crunch on if having beer. 3.Mutton Galawati-absolute joy to have. Beautifully presented and good on taste too. 4.Smoky House Fry Beef-Am in love with this all over again. A dish done with pride and just so right with the passion of delivering so tasty with the perfect taste. 5.Smoky House Fry Pork-Superbly Done with the right spices and pork sliced and cooked optimally. 6.Karwari Prawn Tawa Masala- Seafood is my food and was not disappointed. Perfect. 7.Vapour Special Atta Chicken - the Chicken is covered in atta and flamed in front of us. Then the outer burnt atta layer is cut into 4 parts and you see the full chicken cooked to perfection. Tasted good too. Veg Nachos-chef has got this BANG ON RIGHT. 9.Kadai Chicken with Kulipaniyaram-a typical infused food but tasted great.

The Main course tried was

1.Pav Bhaji-imagine your Pav on a stick and bhaji in a tilted container on a stand. The taste is so great that you just can’t stop eating this dish. 😋 2.Pizza-thin crust,taste was good. But the crust was bit too hard...small improvement to be done here.

The Desserts tried were-

1.Gajar Halwa Kunafa -loved it 2.Blueberry Cheesecake -beautifully presented and taste was exceptionally great as well

Also had some surprise shots in eggs where the server ask you to sit on a chair with your mouth wide open,he carves a tiny hole in the egg and the shots just drips into your mouth. WOW...Well thought way to impress the patrons and yes it works.Kudos.

This huge place has 2 levels and can accommodate around 280-300 pax at full capacity. Also have a outdoor seating arrangement for those who like to dine under the mesmerising sky.

The ambience is done to perfection with minute details to perfection and end result speaks volumes about the work executed with pride. The place showcases its workmanship of a perfect ambience.

The service is extremely efficient with the staff well motivated,trained and groomed in carrying out their responsibilities with utmost passion.

Great on presentation, rich on palate and a great start. • Nut Bean Masala-served in miniature 4 wine barrels filled to the brim.Superb presentation.Tasted good and tastes better with your drinks • Mutton Galawati-a art to cook a dish so right and the chef has got it right • Smoke House Fry Pork- the thin pork slices cooked in sauces and right spices was a absolute show stopper • Vapour Special Atta Chicken - the whole Chicken marinated with spices is covered in thick atta and flamed in front of us. Then the outer burnt atta layer is cut into 4 parts and you see the full chicken cooked to perfection. • Loaded Nachos Masala- good.If you are a Nachos fan,you have to try here. • Kadai Chicken with Kuzhi Kulipaniyaram-good infusion of food and tastes great too. •Cocktail Matara Kulcha-looks like small coin Paratha but just can be eaten like that. Too good.

The Main course

• Pav Bhaji-getting a Pav Bhaji after getting drunk is a blessing in disguise and when it tastes so good you will be jumping in absolute joy. MUST TRY FOODIES. • Paprika Pizza Peproni- thin crust,tasted ok but could have been far better.

The Desserts

• Mud Cake • Gajar Halwa Kunafa • Blueberry Cheesecake

All the 3 desserts were so good in their own league that am not able to find the right words to describe it.😋
