I recently had the pleasure of visiting PVR Oberon Mall, and I must say it was an exceptional cinematic experience from start to finish. The combination of state-of-the-art facilities, comfortable seating, and a vast range of film options made my visit truly memorable.
Firstly, the ambiance of PVR Oberon Mall was fantastic. The spacious and well-designed lobby exuded a modern and inviting atmosphere. The ticketing process was smooth and efficient, ensuring a hassle-free entry. The staff members were friendly, professional, and readily available to assist with any queries or concerns.
PVR Oberon Mall boasts a wide selection of movies, catering to all tastes and preferences. From the latest blockbusters to independent films, the variety of choices was impressive. The theater also frequently screens regional and international movies, offering a diverse cinematic experience for movie enthusiasts. The scheduling was convenient, with multiple showtimes throughout the day, allowing flexibility in planning a visit.
Another aspect that stood out at PVR Oberon Mall was the range of amenities provided. The snack bar offered a delectable array of food and beverages, ensuring that hunger pangs were satisfied during the movie. The cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities were commendable, reflecting a commitment to providing a pleasant environment for moviegoers.
Additionally, the overall management of PVR Oberon Mall was praiseworthy. The theater adhered to strict COVID-19 safety protocols, with mandatory mask-wearing, sanitization stations, and reduced capacity in the auditoriums. This attention to safety and hygiene reassured me as a visitor and showcased the theater's dedication to the well-being of its patrons.
I would like to make a suggestion in the spacing between seating rows. It will be more comfortable if the space between two rows increased little bit.
In conclusion, PVR Oberon Mall is an exceptional destination for cinema lovers. With its impressive facilities, comfortable seating, diverse movie selection, and commitment to safety, it provides an outstanding movie-watching experience. Whether you're looking for the latest Hollywood blockbuster or a niche indie film, PVR Oberon Mall is the perfect place to indulge in the magic of the big screen. I highly recommend a visit to this cinema, and I look forward to returning for my next...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHonestly, I donāt even know where to begin with this disaster of an experience at PVR Lulu Kochi. I genuinely thought I was paying for a premium movie-going experience ā because hello, 4DX isnāt exactly pocket change, we literally spent thousands ā but what we got was worse than some run-down single-screen theater from the 90s.
First off, the service. I have never in my life seen staff so utterly uninterested, rude, and borderline hostile toward paying customers. Like excuse me, is it my fault you hate your job? Because the audacity with which they treated us was beyond unacceptable. Iām not even asking for red-carpet treatment here (though, considering the prices, maybe I should), but basic courtesy shouldnāt be too much to expect, right? Apparently, at PVR Lulu Kochi, even eye contact and a polite response are considered optional luxuries.
Second, the air conditioning. Or should I say⦠the barely functioning, wheezing excuse of a cooling system? We were sweating inside a theater that was supposed to be āstate-of-the-art.ā If I wanted to sit in a sauna while watching a movie, I wouldāve gone to a spa.
Now letās talk about the 4DX experience. Horrible doesnāt even begin to cover it. The seats jerking around felt less like immersive effects and more like punishment for daring to book tickets. The syncing was completely off ā the effects had no rhythm with the scenes, and honestly, I felt like I was riding a badly maintained carnival ride instead of watching a movie. How is this the āfuture of cinemaā when it feels more like a scam?
And the picture and sound quality? Appalling. Grainy visuals, uneven sound ā at times it felt like the speakers were on life support. I swear Iāve seen better quality on my phone at home. Imagine paying thousands for something that doesnāt even match a basic Netflix setup.
Overall, this was a complete waste of money, time, and patience. If PVR thinks this is acceptable āpremiumā service, then they seriously need a wake-up call. Because at this point, it feels like theyāre just looting customers while giving us the bare minimum.
Save your money, people. PVR Lulu Kochi clearly doesnāt care about customer experience ā they just care about filling their pockets. If I could give zero stars, I...
