Read this for a very very detailed information. There are many casinos in goa and one of the biggest , costliest and best is Big Daddy. You will be amazed to see the beauty of it from outside at night time . The color decoration of the cruise if mesmerizing. The ticket costs are different for different bands. You can get tickets for 1500 rs for one person or rs 5000 , this totally depends on the type of ticket you are buying. The difference in these bands will be the drinks that are served. A normal pink band ticket will cost you around 2.5k to 4k and you can have two or three varities if whiskey and one variety of beer. We had the privilege of having signature, Rockford and Kingfisher. And yes these drinks and food charges everything will be included in the ticket. You can have unlimited good and drinks there . First of all you will have to get the ticket from the counter . You will have to show them your government if proof . After that there will be a small security check in which they will just scan your body . After this there will be a small yet beautiful boat which will take around 30 people at once to the main cruise big Daddy. It will take you only 10 mins to reach Big Daddy. The moment you will step in you will be amazed by its ambience. There are basically four floors . The down floor is the main casino area where you can see people playing poker and other casino kinda games. And yes you will not be allowed to click any photos here. There are russian girls who will be doing pole dance and people will be playing games . The next floor will be the main area where drinks will be served unlimited and buffet counter. There are table and sofas kept so that you can sit , drink and relax. Just in front of you there will be stage where some performances of dance, singing etc will be happening. The top most floor is the main deck where there will be drinks and DJ again. The ambience is breathtaking. The usual closing time is 2am in the night . So if you go by 9 you will have atleast 4 hours to enjoy. I will be giving photos of everything. One thing to note is that food is not go great there and that's why I am giving four star rating. On Tuesday 26Dec 2023, we bought 5 premium ticket which included unlimited food and drink( few brands) and casino voucher worth 1000). There was wait time of less than 5 mins for the small boat which took us to the Big Daddy Cruse ship. We were greeted by Russians hostess at the main entry. It was 5 deck ship where first 3 floors are casino, 4th and 5th are restro bar where 5th one was the top one in open space. As it was first time experience for us in the casino so first we entered to casino floor to just see the what is happening there. It was very glittering inside, looking like you are not in India 😉. Taking picture or video was not allowed in first 3 floor. We got 1000 free coupons along with 5000₹ premium ticket which we converted in chips (yellow token) these fee chips did not have much respect and only few counter you can play game and you need to first convert them to cash chips which can be used to play any game or convert in other smaller chips or cash amount. There are 50% chances that you will loose these free chips and 50% that you would be able to convert to cash chips of 1000₹. I was lucky to make it cash 1000₹. After sometime we reached to top floor. We thought lets have one drink. It was only one crowded queue to get the whisky drink which was giving impression of queue at the starter counters in the wedding parties in tier 2 3 cities.I can not imagine on weekend. It took 5 mins for me in the queue and Drink (black dog/ Ballentine/ Vat 69/ and lesser options) was served in 1₹ disposable glass which was another disappointment, I could take drink only for my self but not for my companions it was like your taking govt ration and your Aadhaar is required (what a rubbish experience) and on top of that we did not get any table to sit and here we had realised that we made mistake to pay 5000₹ for such service. There were performance on going w/s dance and painting but we were so disappointing that we did not enjoy much those performances. After sometime we 5 got down to 4th floor and got one table. We had some starters, drinks and food which was average and which options were also not that great and spend around 2-3 hrs in all the floor together and came back. It was average experience for us. Rating: Drink: 2/5 Food: 3/5 Service: 1/5 Performances: 4/5 Ambience: 4/5 They really need to work on the service. It is most disappointing.

Extremely poor and disappointing experience.All the big hype and promotions fall flat with a personal experience .The ambience is more like a hyped up local fair.The booking team is unprofessional and dont even respond to queries despite follow up.They do provide a valet parking for cars arranged at a public parking lot close by.The initial reception area before boarding the transfer boat is good.Staff is courteous and a quick and smooth boat ride to the stationed casino ship.The entrance to the casino is welcoming but once inside,it is packed and suffocating.Although they provide 1000 INR chips alongwith entry tickets,it can only be used in select games.The casino is crowded.Absolutely nothing for teenage children who are charged Rs.2000/- only to sit in the reception or food court in the midst of huge crowd without any entertainment nor games,which is a huge dissapointment.Food court is jampacked with people jostling and literally pushing and shoving to move around.There are limited seats which are grabbed before one could even get up. People are standing allover and eating.Food and beverages are too basic,tasteless with very limited options.No starters at all.Despite the crowd,the front row seats are reserved with barricades which is extremely poor planning.Atleast during excess crowd the seats can be provided to mitigate the rush.Entertainment programmes both inside the casino and in the food section are too mediocre with no class at all. Most of the staff in the food section and also in the casino are frustrated and rude to customers with zero courtesy and nil professionalism.The place is utter chaos and despite an entrance fee starting upwards of Rs.3500/- it is a waste.The high tide access is mostly closed during rains / winds and a loss for people paying a higher charge for viewing the high tide.Overall a sureshot recipe for a massive headache and extremely dissapointing experience.Definitely not recommended, especially never for kids and teens who will get bored without any activities.

### Review: Worst Casino Experience Ever I recently had the most horrendous experience at BigDaddy. It was supposed to be a fun night out, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. Here’s a breakdown of everything that went wrong: **Ticket Counter** First and foremost, It was horrible experience at the ticket counter, they had a crowd like local bus station, no queue, no management, lake of staff. No place for kids elderly people. Irresponsible or unwelcoming staff. We spent 1.5 hour just to collect online tickets. Only single lady on the ticket counter, who will generate the ticket and will put the band on each and every person in the group. It was horrible experience. **Safety Concerns** Long Queue for food, people are literally fighting for plates spoons and forget about food. You need to stand in line for 20mins just to get unhygienic and leftover food. 5 queues at the drink counter and literally fighting for everything. Horrible place I have ever been to. **Customer Service** The customer service was atrocious. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I asked for assistance and made me wait for over an hour before addressing the issue, only to tell me there was nothing they could do. **Atmosphere** The overall atmosphere was depressing. The casino was poorly lit, the air was thick with smoke, and the whole place felt run-down and neglected. This is not what you expect from a supposedly premier entertainment venue. **Conclusion** I will never set foot in BigDaddy again. The combination of bad experience, feeling cheated, being in unsafe situations, and dealing with unprofessional staff made this the worst casino experience of my life. We were a group of 15folks with family and kids and came out within 10minutes from casino. Unmanageable crowd, no space, very bad experience. I strongly advise anyone considering a visit to steer clear and find a more reputable place to enjoy their time.
