This bakery is all heart ❤️ it ignites blissful childhood memories of confectionery that was enjoyed in the past. memories come alive everytime you bite into the bakeries deliciously baked goodies.

This good old place is known for traditional vintage sweets n savouries. The owner has taken much care to maintain its standards n consistency since it's conception, there's not even a bit of difference in taste n quality.

One of my favourites in the traditional baked delicacies are the shortbread jammies. I love the shortbread jammies in particular. The jammies are ones to die for if you are a Jim jam fan. But this one's special, nothing can beat how good their jammies gets. They may look like naan-khattaais with a jam well in the middle but the moment you bite into it, you realise that it isnt hard like biscuits , it melts in your mouth like butter. I also love their cashew cake which is a traditional vintage preparation you wouldn't find anywhere in Goa. They also have delicious Goan sweets which are far superior in quality n taste than others I've had in Goa The Savouries are also great, the puffs, rolls, chops, sandwiches, patisseries.

I just love how something's never change yet our love for it only keeps growing. Mr baker is one such place that you will keep coming back to without dissapointment that anything would change.

The outlet is homegrown n family run by warm , kind, welcoming, loving people who take much delight in serving you the best they got. It's a small cafe which is the only outlet and truly original in every sense without any franchisees and it's not commercialized by extra staff or foreign cooks. The beauty of this place is that its originality n consistency is thoroughly n religiously maintained by keeping it within the family itself n not commercializing it. That truly deserves honour in such commercial times.

The quality of the food is excellent. I tried several items, including the prawns rissois, which were delicious. It was crispy on the outside, and the prawn filling was perfectly seasoned. I also had Bebinca, a famous Goan dessert. This five-layered sweet treat was rich and flavorful, and Mr Baker 1922 makes it wonderfully. Additionally, I sampled various other snacks, all of which were fresh and tasty.

We had instant coffee, and even that tasted great. It was a nice complement to the pastries and snacks. The ambiance of the bakery is really nice. The place is clean and nicely decorated, with a comfortable seating area where you can relax and enjoy your food. It has a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it a great spot to hang out with friends or enjoy some quiet time alone.

The service at Mr. Baker 1922 is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food and the experience you get. It’s not the cheapest, but it’s definitely worth it. You get delicious food and great service at a fair price.
