The marketing team is really amazing because they know how to overboast about their institution. The social media team is also doing a fantastic job in creating content that has no relationship with the reality. Management is least worried about their employees their work life balance or their complaints either The teachers somehow get hired with the HR that tops the charts on incompetence (Moksha) maybe they have some internal commission system on hiring further more incompetent and non deserving people The centers miss the basic amenities no play areas, no books, 80 year old toys THIS ONE IS SUPER IMPORTANT AND APPLICABLE TO EXISTING KLAY PARENTS- PLEASE ASK YOUR CURRENT KLAY PLAY SCHOOL TO SHOW YOU THE VIDEO RECORDING FOR LAST 30 DAYS OF THE TIME WHEN YOUR KIDS WAS TAKEN TO THE WASHROOM FOR EITHER DIAPER CHANGE OR CLOTHES CHANGE. Here is what you have to look for- The didis who perform the change and everything will be found washing hands maybe 30% of the times. They clean the private parts of kids and without washing hands they will wipe the kids face and you would wonder that why your kids falls sick often. when you complain to someone above the centre director the so called and further uneducated and unhygienic cluster manager will show up (Vidha Shukla) the only word that will come out of her mouth is We will look into this and we are sorry. I wonder if Sorry is a currency acceptable at Klay. One of the teacher that I interacted with also mentioned that the preparation of food is highly questionable and is unfit to eat To all the parentsâ Do your research thoroughly because they dont teach your kids anything apart...
Read moreAadvik joined Klay when he just turned 7mo . He is 26 mo now :-). We did quite a lot of research and found Klay to be the best suited to take care of our infant. During our first visit , we noticed all of the teachers greeting each child in the hallway by name, with attention given to each child. This boosted our trust that every child here is well taken care of . We have observed that every child here is treated as individual and basis his strength and developmental areas , Klayâs teacher(s) supports him.
After I joined office , initially I had some reservation(s) of how he is going to adjust to the new place , but to my surprise during the settlement period only , from day 1 , he seems to enjoy the place a lot . The feeling that the kid is in safe hands and is loving the experience gives so much peace for a working mom that she can happily join back work and be focused.
Thanks for all teachers and Didis for taking care of him very nicely .Because of you guys each day is better than yesterday. His Gross motors skills, Fine motors skills and Social interactions improved a lot since the time he joined.
We as Aadvikâs Parents entrust our well wishes to the staff at Klay every day, and we are grateful for the love and care our son receives.
Indeed he is a âHappy...
Read moreOne of the main reasons we chose the DLF 4 Klay center was its location. However, the experience has been extremely disappointing.
We were informed on June 30th that the center would remain closed until July 14th. Trusting this timeline, we patiently waited and went ahead with the quarterly fee payment (July to September) of about âš66,300. Shortly after receiving the payment, Klay suddenly informed us that the reopening was pushed further to August 18th. This felt like a deliberate and unfair move.
When this crossed our tolerance level, I applied for withdrawal of my ward, but till date, no concrete action has been taken by Klay to resolve the matter or refund the amount.
This entire experience reflects poor communication and disregard for parentsâ hard-earned money. My ward holds Japanese nationality, and such treatment towards international parents shows a lack of transparency...
