Rolls Mania — Restaurant in Gurugram District

I recently had a disappointing experience at this outlet. A friend of mine was running just a few minutes late and tried placing an order over the phone, requesting them to prepare it so he could pick it up in 5–10 minutes. Surprisingly, the staff outright refused to take the order unless full payment was made in advance — despite the order being for something as small as a ₹200 roll.

What’s even more frustrating is that when someone is physically present at the store and politely requests them to start preparing the food while the person is just 5 minutes away, they still refuse to punch the order. It shows a complete lack of trust and zero regard for the customer’s time.

This kind of rigid, money-minded behavior makes it clear that they value ₹200 more than providing even basic customer service or building long-term goodwill. It’s not always about immediate payment — sometimes it’s about understanding and respect, especially during peak hours like lunch when every minute matters.

Very Unhygienic Environment at the Store

I visited Rolls Mania and ordered an egg roll. While eating at the store, I saw a cockroach crawling on the table inside the outlet. This clearly shows poor hygiene and lack of cleanliness in the dining area.
