An amazing food experience on Indian food after a very long time was ruined by lack of attention at the time of billing . The food was super the ambience could be quieter and at least have some music . The quality and taste amazing and yes superbly insane. They win hands down as inventors of butter chicken . But just as a courtesy I was promised a mark down but I was surprise to see a full invoice which I promptly paid and walked out. And when I reminded the manger he did feel bad but still insisted that I should have been careful. Sirs your are in hospitality industry and u am not a discount seeker. Gods been kind and I can afford a good a good meal. But when I am a direct booking and you as offering discount as courtesy then u need to tab on the system KOT rather than me reminding. Good and super food but ended with a bad taste .
Now a delivery experience
Disappointing Inconsistency – A Tale of Two Experiences
I have to say, I truly enjoyed the butter chicken when I dined in at your restaurant. The flavors were exceptional, and I even rated it higher than Daryaganj’s. However, the dine-in experience was marred by poor service.
Despite that, my love for your butter chicken led me to order it again, this time via Zomato. Unfortunately, the experience was even more disappointing. Your menu description clearly states that the dish is made with tandoori chicken in a rich butter chicken gravy. What I received, however, was nothing close to that—just boiled chicken tossed in the gravy.
Before placing the order, I even tried calling the restaurant to ensure there wouldn’t be a repeat of my last experience. Yet, despite my effort, the quality of the dish was not what I expected. It’s frustrating when a restaurant that has the potential to deliver something iconic fails to maintain consistency between dine-in and delivery.
Great food deserves great service, and consistency is key. I sincerely hope this feedback reaches the right people and results in some action. It would be a shame to see such a beloved dish lose its charm due to neglect in...
Read moreAfter a long day of travel, we chose to visit Motihal, Sector 65, expecting a nice dinner — and it turned out to be one of the most pathetic and mismanaged dining experiences I’ve ever had.
To start, we waited over 10 minutes for a table, and when we were finally seated, we got just table mats — no water, no cutlery, no napkins, nothing. Still, we decided to go ahead and ordered tandoori chicken.
Even after ordering, no one brought any basic table setup — not a single glass, plate, or napkin. When the chicken finally arrived, my dad was served a leg so tiny it looked like it belonged to a chicken suffering from polio. It was that embarrassingly small.
But here’s the real kicker — when it was being served to me, the server dropped it straight from the skewer onto the table. No apology, no replacement, nothing. I had to pick it up myself and move it to the serving plate later on. As if that wasn’t enough, he continued serving the rest of my family from the same skewer as if nothing had happened. And when I complained, I was casually told “the head chef has already checked out.”
I requested the manager to shift our table downstairs just to salvage the evening. We were moved — but again faced the same ridiculous issue: no water, no cutlery, no glasses, nothing. How does this happen twice in a single meal?
Then came the main course: butter chicken and breads. Once again, the chicken pieces were absurdly small, and worse — mine was undercooked. Ironically, the tandoori chicken from earlier was overcooked to the point of being rubbery. Clearly, consistency or quality control doesn’t exist here.
This place needs serious training, professional staff, and some basic standards. Extremely disappointing.

Read moreGreat food, rude staff.
Food: Undoubtedly top notch. Do try their Dal Makhani.
Staff/service: The roti was served cold as if it was prepared long back. We asked them to replace it which they did. The replaced ones came after long time and had human hair. We told them about this which they understood. Finally we received the bill after the meal. Here comes the most audacious part. They had applied service charge even after such a bad experience. We kindly requested them to remove it but they didn't. In fact, they told us that we are paying through Zomato so service charge can't be removed and started argument for the same. After a bit of altercation, they finally removed service charge. Considering the price of rotis and providing a bit of consideration in the bill was bare minimum even a small dhaba would have surely done. But in fact this place thought of charging us over and above what we ate for providing a bad experience.
Ambience: of a typical fine dine restaurant.
It was my birthday party which was totally ruined.
