We went to this place after reading rave reviews in articles and all. In a way our expectation was too high.
We entered as walk in and also got table. Perhaps because we were visiting them in off hours. Bringing water took time. We ordered Funghi Panuozzo to start with. The waiting time is on higher side and they don't even give you any thing to munch so it's literally like starting at other people eating food. When it came it has seasoning on it which though was edible but definitely not taste enhancer. I had bite and love the smoky smell of bread and rich filling in between. It was more of tomato puree mixed with very small onion and so much of mushroom (this was despite telling waiter of minimising mushroom). But despite being mushroom hater, must say I liked dish and completed it. I tried making it little spicy by putting up oregano and red paprika. But nothing could help. Overall it was good dish unless u need spicy dish. Portion of cold pressed juice was very less. Next we ordered Margherita pizza (to be safe). It again took long time to arrive. The edges were again very soft and the core was very thin. On looking at it it reminded me of Jamie Oliver's pizza. But it was typical Italian i.e. bland. No masala was present that we Indians especially spoiled by pizza hut n Dominos look out for.. Again oregano n paprika can't help there. At the end bill came with 6% tip which was optional. I dint cut anything as they tried best at their end. They can't uplift dish. I had eaten at other Italian restaurants as well. Somehow dint find this better than them. But that's personal opinion as everyone's taste buds are different. And yes, apparently there's long waiting because of which people book in advance. We fortunately dint went through that ordeal. They don't have anything to engage toddler n all. So if you are having small kid then God save u. In nutshell, if ur looking for authentic pizza (no masala or zing), tolerate high waiting and service time n ready to shell INR 1000+ per person, then this place is for you. And yes don't dare to ask for red ketchup there. It's not available. I've heard they take offense on...

I visited Pizzeria Da Susy for the first time, hoping to enjoy a good pizza. The place was crowded and fully occupied, which initially gave me the impression that the food must be great.
As I entered, I was quite impressed by the outlet. It was clean, the staff was polite, the music was pleasant, and the AC was at a perfect temperature. In terms of ambiance and service quality, it honestly felt like a 5-star outlet. I was told there would be a 10-minute wait, which made me even more confident that the pizza must be worth it.
I placed an order for two pizzas – Ortolana and My Nerano – along with two cold coffees. The service was quick; within 10-15 minutes, the food was served. Full marks to the staff for promptness and professional service.
But the moment I took a bite of the pizza, the entire experience took a nosedive.
To put it bluntly, it was the worst pizza I have ever tasted in my life. Absolutely bland, completely tasteless, and extremely disappointing. There was no flavor, no excitement, nothing that would make me want to take another bite. I genuinely don’t understand how people are rating this place 5 stars — unless they’ve never had real pizza before.
If I had to give a rating purely on taste, it would barely deserve a 1 star — and that too only because the pizza base was soft and chewable. But as for the toppings, flavors, and overall pizza experience? Utterly forgettable and frankly, inedible.
Even the cold coffee, which cost me ₹350 each, was nothing special — just average. At that price point, I expected something rich and refreshing, not something I could get better at a regular café for half the price.
Overall, this was one of the most disappointing food experiences I've ever had. The ambiance and service may be 5-star, but the taste of the food was nowhere even close. I seriously doubt I would ever return to this place again — at least not for the pizza.

Read moreHi Owner,
I’m “the lady” who visited your restaurant with Mr. Yash yesterday. After reviewing your response and going through your previous reviews, I’ve observed a pattern. You seem to question every negative review, asking for booking details or even claiming that people never visited, despite them providing clear proof (like pictures of the food). This behavior shows a lack of accountability and respect for genuine feedback — and frankly, that is a shame.
Regarding your comment about the CCTV footage, I request you to carefully review it again. I was the one who poured the chilli oil on my own slice (didn’t say anything about that particular slice), not Mr. Yash. If you pay close attention, you’ll notice that he did not pour any oil on his pizza; in fact, he showed me the oil dripping from HIS slice. Please watch the footage again in full to see what actually happened before charging on us.
To anyone reading this, I want to share my experience. The owner not only called us to yell at us but also took screenshots from the CCTV footage showing me pouring the oil on MY SLICE and sent them to us via WhatsApp, which felt completely unnecessary and CREEPY, especially when we cleared that we are not taking about the chilli oil. She also left a voice note bragging about how she has tasted food at many places and never reviews online — instead, she gives feedback directly to the chef. It’s troubling that she expects the same from her customers, but that’s not how feedback works.
It’s a shame that you cannot accept constructive criticism. It seems you know, deep down, that something went wrong for your own side.
Lastly, I would like to say that Instead of being defensive, perhaps it’s time to consider that there might be room for improvement in your food and service.
Best...
