Monët — Restaurant in Gurugram District

Went there with alot of expectations but unfortunately all expectations went into drain

A. There was no one from the restaurant staff to offer you a table

B. The crowd for a decent pub was missing. The people all over the place were smoking on their tables and not even in an open space. There were guys just walking here and there randomly while they were drunk & shouting on top of their voice.

C. On asking recommendation from waiter “what is the best starter/drink/ main course you have”, the reply i got everytime was ‘Sab acha hai’ Overall they were not experienced or they were not interested in guiding their guests.

D. The food I tried was below average and charges were pretty high as compared to other pubs.

Mutton Galouti 6/10 because the size was too small for the price they are charging and the taste was also very average ,nothing extra ordinary.

Dupatte ke kebab 5/10 simple mutton seekh wrapped in naan, No taste or flavour. Too dry also.

Chicken Bao 6/10 Even after telling them to make it spicy, they just put chipotle mayo in it .. completely disappointing.

Mutton keema kaju with masala pao 5/10 again the mutton was very bland despite telling them specifically to make it spicy. The pao were too soggy , very street food kind of quality.

Berry Derby mocktail 8/10 it was the only 1 thing i liked bcz of its taste combination .

They had an offer of 35% off through swiggy dineout but no use of it bcz they charge 10% service charge and 5% GST so technically there was 20% off only

Overall a very bad experience, Never going there again & won’t recommend anyone...

I went here recently with a group of ladies and had a wonderful experience💃. The interior and vibe of the Monet is aesthetic, classy and sophisticated💫 . It stands apart with its rich interior, plush ambience and delectable food 🤩. We as a group enjoyed our day over great food and drinks💯. I loved how it was not much crowded during noon so it was perfect for a quite and secluded brunch with my girls to make unforgettable memories. Their cocktails and mocktails were refreshing and fabulous🍹. Talking about food, it’s hell delicious, some dishes are innovative yet yummy😋. The vibrant stocked bar in the center of pub making sure to invite us to try the ravishing cocktails 🍹. They do offer indoor & outdoor sitting and an extensive array of dishes & drinks served with grace ! 🥘🍽

Would be definitely coming here again to groove and partying with friends🫰👍🎊🤟.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience at Monet. We went there yesterday for a team outing, and everything from the service to the billing was a mess. The drinks served were clearly diluted, and when we raised the concern, the staff argued with us instead of resolving the issue. Only after repeated complaints did they agree to open a new bottle — which confirmed that the initial drinks were tampered with.

Service was painfully slow, the staff was inattentive, and basic requests had to be repeated multiple times. On top of that, the bill had multiple errors — we were overcharged for items we never ordered and drinks we didn’t consume. It felt like we were being blatantly cheated.

Given the reputation of the place, this was a shocking and frustrating experience. Definitely not recommended for group outings...
