IKEA is a landmark in the city of Hyderabad. Being the first store of this European furniture chain opened in india, the campus is sprawling as f! Be prepared to walk for at least 2 kilometers or more in order to cover the whole store. One disadvantage of the store is that it is difficult to exit without covering multiple sections if you wish to visit just a single section. The sections are laid out in order with most thematic sections going well back to back. Kitchen and related stuff are laid out back to back, living room furniture back to back, bedroom furniture and furnishings back to back, kids rooms, bathrooms, garden area etc are all laid out one after another. It is mostly a budget furniture shopping centre, so anyone looking for premium or luxury furniture or furnishings or fixtures, this is not the place. The designs within the economy segment however range from basic to plush designs, though the assembly format of the furniture has raised a few eyebrows about the life of the furniture it self. Heavier items can be ordered online or gotten home delivered, else the smaller items need to be picked up from the storage warehouse at the end of the mall after noting down the item number codes which are tagged on the items on display itself. They also have a food court on the first floor serving some basic fare to keep you going whilst you are hunting for the best fits. The descriptions of the items are quite spot on on the item tags however and in fact make for a fairly informed decision making shopping process unlike most other furniture stores in the city. In the photos that will be uploaded soon, I have tried to provide a broad range of almost all the sections to give a fair idea of the design selections and variety on offer. Do feel free to zoom in to the pictures in order to get a better idea. They have also started a small range of gifting cookies and dry fruit boxes surprisingly the last time I visited which I found quite surprising and out of theme. Decided to give it a try nonetheless and they were quite decent however. They also have a small chai samosa set off after the billing section for you to pick up something for the road or get some tummy support before you head off. Be prepared to spend at least 2 hours here if u are looking to set up any section in the house or even shop for a basic item or two. Happy furniture shopping!

I recently had the pleasure of exploring the IKEA store in Hyderabad, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. As you enter the vast showroom, you are immediately greeted by a well-thought-out layout that guides you through various sections, making the shopping process seamless and enjoyable. The sheer variety of products available at IKEA is staggering, covering everything from furniture and decor to kitchenware and accessories. The displays are meticulously arranged, offering creative ideas for home organization and design. Each section tells a story, inspiring visitors to envision how IKEA's products could enhance their living spaces. What sets IKEA apart is its commitment to affordability without compromising on quality. The flat-pack concept allows for cost-effective transportation and, in turn, offers customers reasonable prices for well-designed, durable items. The 'As-Is' section also provides opportunities for fantastic deals on slightly imperfect items, contributing to the brand's sustainability efforts. The in-store restaurant, serving a variety of Swedish and local delicacies, is a welcome respite for shoppers. The Swedish meatballs are a must-try, and the overall dining experience adds a delightful touch to the visit. Additionally, the staff at IKEA Hyderabad deserves commendation for their helpfulness and product knowledge. They are readily available to assist with queries, ensuring that customers find exactly what they need. In conclusion, IKEA Hyderabad is not just a furniture store; it's an immersive shopping experience that caters to both the practical needs of creating a home and the emotional aspect of making it uniquely yours. Whether you're on a mission to revamp your space or simply looking for inspiration, IKEA Hyderabad is a one-stop destination that exceeded my expectations. I left with a cart full of treasures and a smile on my face, eager to return for future home improvement projects. Highly recommended!

IKEA Hyderabad is the first IKEA store in India, opened in August 2018. Located in HITEC City, it is one of the largest furniture and home decor stores in the country. The store spans approximately 400,000 square feet and follows the standard IKEA layout with a clear path that guides visitors through various sections. This "one-way" path leads customers from showroom displays to the marketplace and warehouse, ensuring they see most of the products. The showroom is designed to inspire with fully furnished room setups that help customers visualize how IKEA products can fit into their homes. There are sections dedicated to different themes, such as living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, and more. IKEA Hyderabad offers a wide variety of furniture, home decor, kitchenware, textiles, and more. The product range includes popular IKEA designs with an emphasis on functionality and style tailored for Indian homes, such as more compact furniture suitable for smaller spaces. IKEA products are generally known for their quality and durability, especially given their price point. However, as with most RTA (ready-to-assemble) furniture, the quality can vary depending on the product line, with some items being more robust than others IKEA Hyderabad offers competitive prices compared to other furniture retailers in India. Products are designed to be affordable without compromising style, appealing to a wide range of customers, including young professionals, families, and students The store appeals to a wide audience due to its competitive pricing and emphasis on DIY assembly, although this may not suit everyone. Despite occasional service delays and crowded conditions, it remains a popular destination for those looking to furnish their homes with modern, functional, and cost-effective solutions. IKEA Hyderabad offers a comprehensive shopping experience with a vast selection of affordable and stylish home furnishings, excellent in-store displays, and a popular restaurant.

IKEA Hyderabad: A Weekend Haven Another trip to IKEA Hyderabad, and it's clear why this has become my go-to weekend spot. Even when I intend to just window shop, the sheer appeal of the products always gets me. The store boasts ample parking, a fantastic ambiance, and a relaxed atmosphere where you're free to explore at your own pace. It's not uncommon to see people lounging on the display beds, truly making themselves at home! IKEA offers an impressive selection of high-quality, sophisticated home furnishings. Whether you're looking for kitchenware, bathroom accessories, living room furniture, or balcony décor, they have something to elevate every space. Their products have a way of adding that "wow" factor that's sure to impress guests. Currently, they have some attractive discounts running, which is always a bonus. My personal favorites are the live flower section and the kids' room area. The unlimited coffee (now ₹90) and cold drinks are a great value, and while the food is decent, it can be a bit pricey. A definite plus is the wheelchair-accessible parking and the large elevators, making the store accessible to everyone. One of the things I appreciate most about IKEA is the hands-off approach of the staff. It allows for a truly independent shopping experience, giving you the freedom to browse and discover at your leisure. If you're furnishing a new home, IKEA is a must-visit. Their extensive range and stylish designs will transform your space, and you'll undoubtedly fall in love with their offerings. We also enjoyed a reasonably priced soft-serve ice cream for ₹30. Overall, it was a great weekend spent at IKEA. Be prepared for a lot of walking – it might not be ideal for those who prefer to take it easy, but a good workout for everyone else! Highly recommended!

First things first, if you're planning to come to IKEA ensure that you have a few hours because this place is huge and has a lot of sections depending on your needs. Prices are on a little higher side but the quality is amazing. They also have a in-house restaurant which is affordable and has both Veg & Non Veg options Visited IKEA for the first time in Hyderabad today, It was so good to see the interiors and accessories over there. Everything related to home for fixing your interiors as well as accessories too. Best place to visit and select our liked things easily and get it home early with their delivery. As i went during Saturday's, it was crowd obviously. I suggest you to plan during weekdays if you want to avoid crowd. So that you will get time to see all the products and buy over there. You will get food shops inside IKEA where the prices will be little bit higher. The best thing to have over there is Filter coffee, it's 60 Rs for unlimited filling, you can have number of cups untill you get bored for just 60 Rs. The parking is also so good but I suggest them to make exit way better so that we might avoid accidents while taking our vehicles out. Finally I can see a lot of people came with curious just to know what and all there inside the store, just like me obviously. Cheer up to you guys, go with your friends and loved ones and have chill. The amazing part of this huge store is how the staff manages to keep every inch of it equally clean and sanitized The food court is economically priced and the taste is above average for the mass produced style of cooking that they have. The options are plenty and food is served hot. There are limited options that are made to order and worth a try

My 1st impression for the most hyped, and most waited international home furnishing store IKEA. First of all location wise it’s in great location. But I think for the people who want to go by public transport and by walking its bit hectic for them. Then they have many entrances but for now only one gate is opened for without vehicle persons. They have their own drop off point for cabs. As this is newly opened store so now a days it’s very crowded even at entrances specially public holidays and weekends. But they manage the crowd well. When you will enter there are two ways one is for their cafeteria and one escalator for store shopping. Cafeteria is good, food is also nice. I think more improvements are needed, hope they will do it very soon. In their shopping area they have models of different room furnishings and decors, then different different sections of furnishings will come. They have total 29 sections and they indicate your location in every section through a diagram map. They also have projector indicating arrows for exit. Which leads you to every section and to billing area. I think that’s bit hectic for the person who is in hurry to come out of the store. Price point wise this is not a wow store. Because people had much expectations. If you will compare their US IKEA online prices with these it’s quit expensive. Variety wise I had much expectations but they don’t have that much. And one of the main demerit which I pointed out was they have not mentioned the price of the product on top of it. You have to ask their representatives. Store is quit big, biggest in Hyderabad. They may improve it time by time. And will update further if anything will come into my notice.
