Feedback on Marvell Fam-JAM Experience at Novotel HICC

Overall, the experience was average and did not meet expectations for a reputed venue like Novotel. The main concerns were:

Refreshments unavailable after 6 PM Even basic refreshments such as coffee were not available after 6 PM, and vending machines were inaccessible. This was highly inconvenient.

Unprofessional staff behavior When I inquired about refreshments, the staff responded rudely, stating that nothing would be provided after 6 PM as per instructions. Regardless of the policy, the manner of communication was unacceptable and lacked basic courtesy.

Poor dinner experience The food quality was far below expectations:

Starters: Some good starters were kept in a hidden corner, and many guests were not aware of them.

Vegetarian: The paneer dish seemed stale and was coated with cornflour, possibly to mask its condition. The vegetable curry was also unsatisfactory.

Non-Vegetarian: A major miss was the absence of biryani, which is a staple expectation at any Hyderabad buffet.

Desserts: The sweets were below par. The ice cream, which was not popular to begin with, was served melted and in liquid form, making it inedible.
