Unacceptable Customer Service
I had a disappointing experience at your restaurant today, which has compelled me to share my feedback. This comes as a surprise since I decided to give your establishment another chance after a polite response to my review six months ago. Despite initially resuming my visits with optimism, the service and attitude displayed today have left me deeply dissatisfied. The food served today was not up to the mark, and when I raised concerns about it, I was met with dismissive behavior. Instead of addressing my feedback constructively, I was told that I should have reported it immediately after receiving the dish. This tone was both unhelpful and discourteous. Manager’s Attitude: When I requested to speak with the manager, I expected an empathetic response. Instead, the manager insisted that the chicken was fresh and implied that my feedback was baseless. This defensive approach, rather than an effort to address the issue, was highly unprofessional. The serving staff displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy. A restaurant of your repute should ensure that its staff is trained to handle customer feedback with respect and willingness to improve.
What could have been a simple conversation to resolve the matter was instead turned into a frustrating experience. A customer’s feedback—whether positive or negative—deserves to be acknowledged and acted upon, not dismissed or debated. I am attaching today’s bill as well as a screenshot of my earlier review for reference. It is disappointing to see how the restaurant has fallen short of basic customer service standards. I hope this feedback prompts action to improve the quality of both food and customer relations, as this experience has made me hesitant to visit again or recommend your restaurant to others. Update: Funny part is, the number that they mentioned in response to my previous review is from an other branch and when I called them they gave me the contact number of the manager to whom I already spoke to and on whome all this review is about. The Management was rude during the bill payment . We came in with a swiggy dineout coupon, the restaurant never asked anything about it , but while paying the bill the waiter said they don't accept dineout and were forcing us to pay the whole bill. We had said that since you are listed in dineout we had booked from there and hence we will also pay in dineout, you guys can please take up this issue with the dineout team. But they were rude and told us that we can't leave the place if we don't pay the full amount. Management got into argument with us and the whole experience was ruined.
