Le Café — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the tea I purchased today at the Novotel Convention Center Hyderabad and the extremely poor service I received.

Earlier today, I paid Rs. 310 for a cup of tea, expecting a quality experience in line with the reputation of your establishment. Unfortunately, the tea was far from satisfactory — the taste was no better than a Rs. 10 roadside tea. It was completely unworthy of the price charged, and the quality was appalling.

What made the situation even worse was the unprofessional behavior of the staff member who served me. Not only did I have to wait for more than 10 minutes for my tea, but when I inquired about the delay, the lady on duty responded in a rude and dismissive manner. Her tone and language were completely inappropriate, leaving me feeling disrespected as a customer.

This experience was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. As a paying customer, I did not expect to be treated with such disregard, nor did I anticipate receiving such poor quality for the price I paid. It's disheartening to think that I chose your establishment only to face this unpleasant situation.

I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and address both the quality of your tea and the service provided by your staff. I would appreciate a prompt response and hope to see improvements in both aspects...

Le Café at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre offers a delightful European-style ambiance, making it a cozy spot for both casual and business meetings. Nice place calm and clean, you can schedule your meetings here over a cup of coffee and some muffins or macaroons. The service is super and the staff always smiling and efficient. Though the place is relatively small it's cozy and calm. Most of the items served are tasty and hygienic..
