"I've visited The Bar at Novoteltoday, excited to enjoy the live band and energetic atmosphere. And I must say, the music and vibe were absolutely fantastic! The band was talented, and the decor was impressive.

However, my experience was marred by the staff's insistence on charging a hefty entry fee, despite the club being almost empty (5 Males only). It felt like they were prioritizing profits over customer experience.

Given the club's potential, it's disappointing to encounter such inflexible policies. If they reconsider their pricing strategy, I'd gladly revisit and revise my review.

Pros: Exceptional live music Great atmosphere and decor

Cons: Unreasonable entry fee, even when empty Inflexible staff and rude behaviour

Would I recommend? Maybe, but only if you're willing to pay the premium. Hopefully, management will revisit their pricing to make this amazing spot more accessible."

The Novotel bar holds a special place in my heart. I’ve been going there since the live bands began performing, especially when "Stiff Neck Syndrome" takes the stage.

The staff has always welcomed me with open arms. The bartenders—Ramu, Ritwick, and Srujan—are fantastic, knowing exactly what we want, and the managers, from those in the past to the current manager, Sanoj, have always been great. Not to mention my good friends, the bouncers Sajid bhai and Muktar bhai, who are always so friendly.

However, something seems off lately. Despite being on the guest list and only arriving 15 minutes late, I was treated poorly.

While I'll continue supporting the band, if the management keeps disrespecting regulars, there are plenty of other places to hang out. People come here for the music, and without the bands, it’s just another late-night spot. I truly hope they start valuing their regulars again, but I'm starting to lose faith. They just don’t seem to...

The Manager Sanoj Rai and the bouncers did a great job today at around 1 am I wanted to go inside the bar to speak with my friends who were already sitting inside and they asked me to pay for cover charges . And I clearly informed them I will not drink all I wanted is to talk and come out . This is some thing I do not expect from Novotel . It would nice if they change their attitude when they speak to the customers else no one will show interest in coming back to them . If the bar is crowded I would have understood but this is a very bad experience hope management will look into it and give proper briefing to the hotel staff and make them understand every customer is equal and they should learn to treat everyone the same and not force the customer pays the cover charges just to enter inside .
