I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tabla Restaurants and Banquets in the heart of Hyderabad's Banjara Hills. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the elegant ambiance and attentive service. The restaurant's location, right next to Care Hospital, makes it convenient and easily accessible.

We had the worst experience at Tabla, Banjara hills. I had booked the private dining for a bridal shower. To start off with when we reached the restaurant, the place was filled with many tiny cokroaches and they were there everywhere on the table, seats, under the table. The next thing was about the service of the waiters. They were just so unattentive and for every order we had to place we had to go out and call them or say it right there after we find someone. And even then the job wasn't done right, we had to call them back again and again to remind, so after minimum call of thrice, they would listen to you and get the order right. The service was just very bad. Then we had ordered a biryani which had curd that was sour and it tasted off and very evident that the diary product used was old so we asked to replace it to which they asked us to take a parcel but they wouldn't replace and serve us there. Even for any request that had to made like for tissues or cutlery, it was so annoying to go and call them each and every time and they not being there and after telling also not getting the thing right. The worst experience was majorly about the service being very unprofessional and the food and place being unhygienic. One of the worst service amongst restaurants. Understaffed and ignorant staff. Had to remind multiple times every time we needed water. Food was tasty but took insane amount of time to arrive at our tables after the order was given. Took us 2 hrs to have lunch or which 30 mins was actual eating time and 90 mins was waiting in front of empty places time. Manager Venkata Krishna is a gem! He works like a robot which has been given fixed instructions and doesnt help the guests at all. Is ignorant of the processes and acts busy. Had made a payment using dineout app and it was a nightmare then on as then dineout technical team had sent a confirmation sms to Venkata Krishna which has no mention of the amount. He was stupid and acted similarly saying he cannot let us go if the sms didnt come from dineout mentioning the amount inspite of us matching the transaction ID on our mobile app with the sms he had received.
