I’m writing you this message to inform you all about the inappropriate behavior your manager and the lady security guard had treated me with no professional behavior, yelling at me in front of all of your customers, throwing me out of your store telling me that I can’t come inside the store with my water bottle and telling me that leave it in your bag or finish drinking it outside of the store or just leave from this store don’t come inside. This wasn’t like I had brought my own bottle water in a bottle this was the same bottle I had purchased from your store the same day I had came In in the morning. I had came to Karachi bakery for the 2 time today to buy more cakes and when this all happened today during afternoon timing and the date was yesterday on 30/08/2020. I don’t know what happened to Karachi bakery. You all are hiring new employees, managers and they aren’t educated and perfessional . This was the first time after 6 year that’s this incident had happened and that was by your manager and security guard. I have never experienced this kind of dirty, embarrassment and rotten behavior from any employee or mangers from Karachi Bakery and from anywhere else in Hyderabad, india. These kind of frustrating managers and employees ruins the reputation of karachi brand name, I want the owner to look into it ASAP and take an action on this kind of stupid managers behavior towards customers...
