In summary, my experience at Parampara restaurant in Banjarahills was highly unsatisfactory. The taste of the paneer dish was poor and it seemed to be spoiled. Despite the restaurant being consistently empty, they did not provide us with the requested seating. The service was incredibly slow, leaving us waiting for our food for an unreasonable amount of time. The buffet counter had very limited options and was not regularly replenished. It took an astonishing 20 minutes for our rice order to be filled. Moreover, the behavior of the restaurant owner was arrogant and disrespectful. Overall, I would strongly discourage others from visiting this restaurant as it fails to meet basic standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Detailed bad experince

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Parampara restaurant in Banjarahills, and I must say that I was extremely disappointed with my visit. There were numerous factors that contributed to my dissatisfaction.

Firstly, the taste of the paneer dish I ordered was subpar. It was evident that the paneer used in the preparation of the dish was spoiled, as it had a sour taste and an unpleasant texture. This was a major letdown, as I had high expectations for the paneer dish.

Furthermore, despite requesting a specific place in the restaurant, they failed to accommodate our request. It is frustrating to know that the place we desired was available throughout our visit, yet they did not provide it to us. This lack of attention to customer preferences is quite disappointing.

Another major drawback of the restaurant was its incredibly slow service. We had to wait an excessive amount of time for our food to arrive, causing us to grow increasingly frustrated. It is unacceptable for a restaurant to delay serving their customers for such a substantial period of time.

Additionally, the buffet counter at Parampara restaurant was disappointingly bare. There were very limited options available, and it was clear that they were not regularly replenishing the dishes. This lack of variety left us with very few choices, leaving us unsatisfied with our dining experience.

One of the most frustrating aspects of our visit was the time it took for them to fill our rice order. It took a staggering 20 minutes for our rice to be brought to the table, which is simply unacceptable. Such a long wait for a basic component of a meal is highly inconvenient and reflects a serious lack of efficiency in the restaurant's operations.

To make matters worse, the attitude and demeanor of the restaurant owner was appalling. He spoke to us in an arrogant and disrespectful manner, showing a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. His behavior was unprofessional and left a sour taste in our mouths, further contributing to our negative impression of the establishment.

Overall, my experience at Parampara restaurant in Banjarahills was extremely disappointing. The poor taste and quality of the paneer, failure to accommodate our requested seating, slow service, limited buffet options, and the disrespectful behavior of the restaurant owner all combined to make it a regrettable dining experience. I would strongly advise others to reconsider visiting this restaurant, as there are certainly better options available...

For a non-veg eater to walk into an absolute vegetarian restaurant can be a Herculean task. But then again, once in a while, we come across a Veg restaurant, that blows our mind away. One such restaurant is the newly oepned, 'Parampara'. Located in Banjara Hills, it has a regal ambiance with wall paintings and elegant curtains dividing the dining space of Parampara , which is sure to transport you to a traditional royal Rajwada household. The same Rajwadi seating, with low dining tables and benches where one can fold your legs and enjoy a meal, completes this majestic dining experience. Thus making it a vegetarian restaurant worth knowing. One is sure to love their indulgent menu with authentic recipes prepared using age-old recipes. The food at this restaurant is all about flavours and carrying forward the tradition of serving lip-smacking food to guests.

Started off with Tomato Shorba. It was so aromatic and spicy, flavoured with some whole spices and coriander leaves. Tomato leaves out that tangy flavours, making this soup irresistable. Next in line were the appetizers. Had Malai and Spicy paneer Tikka, which were one of the best Paneer Tikkas I had till date. Next was Dahi Kebab, which was a bit too sweet to my palate. Though it was called Pataka it was not spicy and just melted in your mouth. Next was the Indian Veg Sizzler, now it can be a bit critical when one takes western dishes and tries to pass them off as something different. But I must mention that this twist which was a brilliant idea. Their thalis, with a selection of the finest dishes, are legendary. The menu also serves a variety of traditional preparations that you can indulge yourself with. Just because the restaurant promises a royal experience doesn’t mean it should cost you a bomb! They have ensured that that menu is affordable so you don’t end up burning a hole in...

This place is a vegetarian restaurant which  opened recently and is situated in Banjara Hills. The interiors are beautifully designed and the cutlery is unique and beautiful. It has beautiful seating arrangements and the colors chosen for the interiors and bright and vibrant. I was invited here for a session and we started off with : Tomato Shorba - Oh , I simply loved this soup. Just perfect. Sweet corn soup - This soup had right amount of flavours.

For starters we had : Baby corn tomato - The sauce in which it was made tasted delicious and the baby corn was crisp and delicious. Totally worth the money. Dahi Kebab - A perfect starter for people who love dahi. It was crispy from outside and tasted amazing. Paneer Tikka - One of the best Paneer tikkas I had. A must try. Malai Paneer Tikka - This was scrumptious and flavorful. Paneer 65 - Loved this totally. A must try. Indian Veg Sizzler - This was indeed the best and blew my mind. Definitely, a must try.

For the main course , we had : Punjabi Kofta - This was  certainly the best Koftas I had , heavenlicious. Veg Kolhapuri - Full of vegetables, totally worth trying. Paneer Safi Masala - This was also one of the best curries I had. Loved it totally.

The breads served here were soft and perfectly made. Had an amazing time having the main course.

We were even served : Dum Biryani - I fell in love with the biryani. So flavourful and lip-smacking. Potli Biryani - When you visit this place, don't miss on trying this. You'll fall in love with it.

The beverages served to us were : Blue Mojito Strawberry Mojito 3 Fresh Lime Soda Mango Lassi Mixed Fruit Punch

I had an amazing time here with scrumptious food served to us. The staff here was pro-active and courteous. Will definitely visit the place...
