In summary, my experience at Parampara restaurant in Banjarahills was highly unsatisfactory. The taste of the paneer dish was poor and it seemed to be spoiled. Despite the restaurant being consistently empty, they did not provide us with the requested seating. The service was incredibly slow, leaving us waiting for our food for an unreasonable amount of time. The buffet counter had very limited options and was not regularly replenished. It took an astonishing 20 minutes for our rice order to be filled. Moreover, the behavior of the restaurant owner was arrogant and disrespectful. Overall, I would strongly discourage others from visiting this restaurant as it fails to meet basic standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
Detailed bad experince
I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Parampara restaurant in Banjarahills, and I must say that I was extremely disappointed with my visit. There were numerous factors that contributed to my dissatisfaction.
Firstly, the taste of the paneer dish I ordered was subpar. It was evident that the paneer used in the preparation of the dish was spoiled, as it had a sour taste and an unpleasant texture. This was a major letdown, as I had high expectations for the paneer dish.
Furthermore, despite requesting a specific place in the restaurant, they failed to accommodate our request. It is frustrating to know that the place we desired was available throughout our visit, yet they did not provide it to us. This lack of attention to customer preferences is quite disappointing.
Another major drawback of the restaurant was its incredibly slow service. We had to wait an excessive amount of time for our food to arrive, causing us to grow increasingly frustrated. It is unacceptable for a restaurant to delay serving their customers for such a substantial period of time.
Additionally, the buffet counter at Parampara restaurant was disappointingly bare. There were very limited options available, and it was clear that they were not regularly replenishing the dishes. This lack of variety left us with very few choices, leaving us unsatisfied with our dining experience.
One of the most frustrating aspects of our visit was the time it took for them to fill our rice order. It took a staggering 20 minutes for our rice to be brought to the table, which is simply unacceptable. Such a long wait for a basic component of a meal is highly inconvenient and reflects a serious lack of efficiency in the restaurant's operations.
To make matters worse, the attitude and demeanor of the restaurant owner was appalling. He spoke to us in an arrogant and disrespectful manner, showing a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. His behavior was unprofessional and left a sour taste in our mouths, further contributing to our negative impression of the establishment.
Overall, my experience at Parampara restaurant in Banjarahills was extremely disappointing. The poor taste and quality of the paneer, failure to accommodate our requested seating, slow service, limited buffet options, and the disrespectful behavior of the restaurant owner all combined to make it a regrettable dining experience. I would strongly advise others to reconsider visiting this restaurant, as there are certainly better options available...

Started off with Tomato Shorba. It was so aromatic and spicy, flavoured with some whole spices and coriander leaves. Tomato leaves out that tangy flavours, making this soup irresistable. Next in line were the appetizers. Had Malai and Spicy paneer Tikka, which were one of the best Paneer Tikkas I had till date. Next was Dahi Kebab, which was a bit too sweet to my palate. Though it was called Pataka it was not spicy and just melted in your mouth. Next was the Indian Veg Sizzler, now it can be a bit critical when one takes western dishes and tries to pass them off as something different. But I must mention that this twist which was a brilliant idea. Their thalis, with a selection of the finest dishes, are legendary. The menu also serves a variety of traditional preparations that you can indulge yourself with. Just because the restaurant promises a royal experience doesn’t mean it should cost you a bomb! They have ensured that that menu is affordable so you don’t end up burning a hole in...
