I visited Hyderabad after 15 years and absolutely loved my stay at Taj Krishna! As a kid I always heard about how nice and luxurious Taj Krishna was, and used to drive past it almost everyday. I just knew I had to stay here, and I am glad I spent 9 days/nights here as it sure felt like home. The hotel itself is so beautiful with the Nizami architecture, lush lawns, palm trees, and a luxurious lobby. They have managed to maintain the royal nawabi/vintage feel even to this day. We stayed in the city view/Hussain sagar view room (which the management upgraded us to) and we absolutely loved the breathtaking views! We really appreciated this gesture from the management as this really enhanced our stay and experience at this hotel. Want to thank Mr Rohit, Mr Sharique, Miss Nitu and Mr Sampath and the rest of the front office team including Mr Srinivas, and Mr Sai for making the booking and upgrade process very seem less. The housekeeping services were excellent and our rooms were always cleaned up on time, and any special requests from us were met with an immediate response. When we checked in the housekeeping team sent us a prayer rug (janemaaz) to our room and this really struck a chord with me. They really went above and beyond and took personal interest in making our stay comfortable and memorable! Want to thank Sneha, Neel and their team from housekeeping for the wonderful service. The restaurants Golden dragon and Firdaus are a must try! Food was delicious and authentic. Their breakfast buffet was my favorite as they have so many different varieties of food available with convenient timings. They also have some high end shopping like a Burberry, Zegna and Mont Blanc boutiques. The hotel security was top notch also and checked every single bag that came into the hotel through an X-ray scanner, and also had metal detectors at the entrance. The management has kept up with the times and have upgraded the hotel amenities accordingly, even though this is an old hotel it didn’t feel like it.

The location of this hotel is my favorite part about it as it is in the heart of the city. Very easily accessible to major shopping, tourist and entertainment places. I would definitely stay here again in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Hyderabad and live...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Taj Krishna, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the seamless communication for pick-up to the meticulous room service, every detail was handled with utmost care.

The rooms are not only spacious but also impeccably clean, catering to even the most meticulous guests. However, the switch from Pathya glass bottled water to Bisleri plastic bottles was a slight disappointment, considering the usual high standards of Taj. Also no Smart TVs in this day and age, not a good look.

What truly sets Taj Krishna apart is their commitment to personalized service. Amidst some confusion about the kitchens (In-room dining vs Package based Buffet restaurant), the management swiftly resolved the issue, showcasing their efficiency and dedication to guest satisfaction.

As someone with health issues, the standout moment of my stay was the exceptional care provided by Chef Gopi. Despite my highly restrictive diet, Chef Gopi went above and beyond, having a personal chat to understand my needs. He ensured my meals were prepared separately, reflecting his passion for culinary excellence and genuine concern for guests.

Chef Gopi's creations, despite the limitations, were a delight to the taste buds. His dedication extended beyond the kitchen, as he coordinated with other chefs to guarantee I received the right meals, even connecting with chefs from a different Taj hotel.

I must also mention Chef Pratika, who crafted a memorable Coconut milk-based Sabudana pudding, making my morning departure extra special. The level of coordination and effort demonstrated by Chef Gopi and his team, including collaboration with chefs from other Taj establishments, truly exceeded my expectations.

Chef Gopi, you are a culinary maestro and a testament to the exceptional service at Taj Krishna. Your passion, care, and ability to go above and beyond have left an indelible mark on my stay.
