I recently dined at Guild 45 Restaurant and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor is elegant yet cozy, creating the perfect setting for a memorable meal.

I have never written a review before, but this situation made me do it. Like seriously, the worst experience ever.

We had a really disappointing experience here. When we arrived, we wanted to sit on the rooftop, but the waiter told us it would open at 7:00 PM. So we decided to sit downstairs, ordered a soft drink, and planned to move upstairs later for dinner.

When we asked if we should pay now or after shifting to the rooftop, the waiter specifically said to pay here. But when we later asked for directions to the rooftop, he abruptly said it was closed due to “weather conditions” and then signaled another staff member to check if we had paid or not. The gesture was extremely rude and unprofessional, as if we were trying to leave without paying, when we had just asked about the payment moments before.

This kind of behavior completely spoiled the mood. Even if the rooftop was closed, a little courtesy and clear communication would have made the experience much better.

From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcomed and cared for. Their professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive—they anticipated every need and made sure everything ran smoothly.
