Thanks to her organized efforts, the joint locker facility was approved within just four days—a testament to her dedication and the bank’s evolving standards of excellence. SIB kakkanad branch is spoiling the image of S I B as a friendly old-time Neighbourhood Bank. With some very incompetent and non-cooperative branch manager managers like the lady in this one they have decided to destroy the reputation of SIB with customers.

Please Bank directly with HDFC if you want professionalism

Very bad customer service in this local SIB kakkanad branch since the new branch manager took over in May 2025. Converted it to our government office she doesn’t care for all promises made by the bank to earlier customers she’s behaving like bureaucracy. She will not even issue a passport to analyze without stringent address proofs really horrible. Don’t bank with them. Take your money out. Go to HDFC if you want professionalism.
