Tsemo Maitreya Temple
August 2023: Fantastic views. (But not recommended if you're scared of heights.) The timings are supposedly from 9 am to 7:30 pm, but I noticed they locked the temple to the Giant Statue of Buddha sometime after 5 pm (not sure exactly when, though). It costs Rs 20 to enter the top level of the Monastery, but the lower levels are open for free.

There are usually 3 ways to reach up there: You can take cab to the top (from parking it's just 150 meters walk. You can take stairs, take your time or just run if you wish. The mountain trail (it's slippery, so be very careful)
