A Must-Visit Café in the Heart of Leh! During our 10-day trip to Leh, our group visited Naas Cafe three times, and each visit was a delightful experience. Located right in the Leh Main Market, the café is perfectly situated, making it a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring. What We Tried: • Frappe: The frappe was absolutely amazing—so good that we had it twice! It was the perfect blend of flavors and refreshing, especially after a day in the cold. • Mushroom Pizza: We also tried the mushroom pizza, which was delicious with a great crust and toppings. A perfect snack or meal! • Loaded Fries & Peri Peri Fries: The loaded fries were flavorful, and the peri peri fries had the right amount of spice. Both were great accompaniments to our drinks. • Spanish Latte: The Spanish latte was rich and creamy, adding a nice touch to our coffee cravings. Ambiance and Service: The ambiance of the café is cozy and welcoming, with a relaxed vibe that made it a perfect spot to chill with friends. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly, making each visit enjoyable. Verdict: If you’re in Leh and looking for a café with great food and drinks, Naas Cafe is a must-visit. It’s conveniently located, has a fantastic menu, and offers a cozy atmosphere to relax. Highly recommended!

Naas Café is a delightful little spot located on the first floor of a building in the bustling Leh market. The café offers a great view of the lively street below, making it a perfect place to sip on some amazing coffee while soaking in the vibrant atmosphere. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and came in generous portions. The menu offers a variety of tasty options, and everything we tried was top-notch. The service was equally impressive—fast, efficient, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout. The only downside is the lack of an elevator, so accessing the café may be a bit challenging for elderly visitors or those with mobility issues, as you need to climb a flight of stairs. Overall, Naas Café provides a great experience with its cozy ambiance, excellent food, and friendly service. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the Leh market!

Beautiful ambience. Soothing music. Courteous staff. We ordered Manchow soup and peri peri fries. Soup was really rich and tasty. Uplifted our mood. Fries were good as well but a little extra spicy for my taste that's why 4 stars. Quantity was great for both dishes. Update: We went again there after our first visit. This time we ordered a cream of tomato soup along with honey chilly potatoes which were a little bit too sweet though quantity was enough for two ppl. Recall the peri peri fries were little too spicy as well the first time around. So I think they need to tone down their flavours a bit for everything. Downgrading from 4 to 3-3.5 stars In food after my second visit. Also they don't have any games to spend the time when you are waiting for your food which most of the cafes in Leh offer.

I had a deeply disappointing, embarrassing and disturbing experience at Naas Cafe. Me and my husband, new to the area and city, decided to use the café's washroom as I was under biological emergency. I first asked the Barista for directions, who kindly guided us there. As I was heading to the washroom, the manager approached us and asked what we needed. I clearly stated “washroom” and he pointed me in the right direction.

However, when we were about to leave, the manager stopped us and reprimanded my husband for not asking for permission to use the washroom. This was baffling and infuriating since he had just guided us there after the Barista did. It is impossible for us to take ourselves to the right direction of the washroom without guidance, given we are entirely new to the place, yet the manager constantly fought over us not taking the permission. When my husband called out his rude behavior, The manager aggressively told my husband to lower his voice and then proceeded to force us out of the café.

Being a female , seeing an heated argument over a washroom was highly embarrassing. I along with my husband have never experienced such rude and unprofessional behavior at any establishment.

Running a business comes with huge responsibility of social conduct which your staff has clearly failed in. If your staff lacks basic courtesy and respect then god save the people who come to eat at your place, with what emotions the food is prepared and how are they served! I hope the management takes serious steps to address their staff's conduct, else it is definitely not taking you anywhere...

Worst cafe ever in leh market... So today me and my friends went to this so called 'nascafe' what ever, where we ordered only a peri peri fries and a red bull and they took our order and we waited almost 40 min. But the order didnt came so we asked about our order and she told like your order will come turn by turn and we agreed, and waited more 10 min. It was almost one hour and still we were like "kab aaiga hamara order" And surprisingly what we saw was there was some more customers who came after us and ordered atleast 15 min. After we did, and their order was brought within 15 min.and i ask the madam, like what isss this behaviour you only told turn by turn order and now what are you doing .THEY WERE JUST IGNORING US. ALL THE TIME , BECAUSE THEY ORDERED MORE NO OF ITEMS AS COMPARED TO US and at that time we were feeling so so disrespect and we just pai for the drink and we left . They have just waisted our precious 50 minutes they have no idea about us after one year we came to have some good time with each other but this gakchak cafe ruined our precious evening #dont go nassssssssss cafe naam bhi copy wala naam to acha sa original rakhty And we went to soriso pizza which is tittle smaller in space as compared to this gagchak cake but far more better than this gagchak cafe in terms of every thig like good service , good food , good at timing and better music taste , over all soriso is...
