"Irani tea "is specialty of Sufi Irani Cafe... Cleanliness is something a big concern at the surroundings of cafe ... It is crowded during the evening because there are corporate offices around the cafe. Majorly you will see many people spitting and smoking outside the cafe and unauthorised parking of the vehicle outside the cafe that causes a trafic jam. Anyone visiting at the cafe can make sure u throw the disposals materials into the dustbin.Please No spitting. Please keep our city clean...

The Chai served here is one if the best around North Bombay, must try out for a refreshing Irani taste and a quick stop on the western express highway towards city center also the Bun Maska is a good to have along with Chai as the Bun is better than others...
