Extremely impolite and unfriendly staff. If you visit the Starbucks here, the security staff is totally indecisive about the parking. They will ask you to change the parking spot now and then. The Starbucks here does not have its separate washroom, so you have to rely on the security to allow you to use the building washroom. There seems to be some sort of problem between Starbucks and Commerz II and the washroom was closed for Starbucks visitors for about 2 months. So you would have to go to Oberoi Mall, which is half a kilometer from where you are, just to use the washroom. They seems to have resolved the issue and you are now allowed to use the building washroom, but the security personnel makes you wait for along time before they allow you to access the washroom.
