Comfy inn — Hotel in Mumbai

I had a really pleasant stay at Hotel Comfy Inn and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service!

🛏️ Rooms: The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the linens were fresh and tidy. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room had all the essentials — a TV, clean towels, toiletries, and good Wi-Fi. The bathroom was spotless with good water pressure and 24/7 hot water. Everything was arranged neatly, which made my stay very relaxing.

🤝 Staff: The hotel staff is extremely polite, helpful, and professional. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone made me feel welcome. They were always ready to help with any request — whether it was giving directions, arranging transport, or providing extra supplies. Their warm and friendly attitude really made a difference.

I stayed in the dormitory While the place is neat and the rooms themselves look good, the experience was quite uncomfortable. The biggest issue is that the AC is not turned on until 9 PM, which makes the capsule unbearably hot during the day. The small fan provided is not nearly enough for proper ventilation or cooling, especially in a confined space like a capsule. There's very poor air circulation overall, making it difficult to relax or even breathe comfortably. The cleanliness is appreciated, but basic comfort should not be compromised. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and dormitory. Everything was excellent – from the cleanliness of the rooms to the comfortable bedding.
