Hotel Shivkrupa — Hotel in Pune

I booked room for 5 people (my mom and four aunties) on Feb 19, 2023. The complete booking process was hassle free and I did the phone booking with Mr. Vijaykumar, the manger in-charge over there.

Total 2 super deluxe rooms were booked: 3 bed non AC room(Rs. 2110 per day) and 2 bed non AC room(Rs. 1650 per day).

But, when my mom and her friends actually arrived at the hotel there was no 2 bed room available and therefore, Mr. Vijay allocated 3 bed room at the tariff of 2 bed room. This was really amazing. I am thankful to Mr. Vijay for accommodating everything smoothly.

Location: Very near from Pune railway station. Located at road side and at safe place.

Cleanliness: Complete hygiene was maintained in the room and washroom.

Breakfast: Complimentary buffet breakfast was included and the taste of all the items in the breakfast were good. The items included South Indian cuisine - Upma, Uttapam, Idli Sambhar with chutney; Fruits (Mix of Papaya and Sweet Melon), Bread/Butter/Jam, Tea, Coffee and Milk. Only mineral water was chargeable.

Check-in/Check-out: 24 hrs flexibility.

Parking: There is no parking facility in the premise but they can arrange it somewhere else. So no worries.

Lift: Yes, the building has the elevator.

Room service: Good support by room service people.

Room: Neat and a bit spacious.

Washroom: Clean washroom and hot water was available. Also, the basic toiletries like mini soap, shampoo, and clean towels were provided.

Conclusion: I would recommend this hotel to female travellers and family as the security, location and service are best. I have not added room photographs because the rooms are exactly same as shown on the web images. But, I have added few pics of buffet...

The hotel has huge rooms with two queen size beds enough to house a group of four people in the same room without having to having to request for an extra cot. The fact that it is close to the Pune station makes it very convenient for travelers who want a room for s short stay. The rooms are clean and tidy but the bathrooms could do with renovation. However that's about all there is to the hotel.||||The hotel has a crammed entrance on the main road and if you're traveling in your own car, you'll be made to park at another hotel a block away ( I guess they have a tie up with the other hotel). The security guard who guided us to the other hotel for parking haggled us every time we entered the hotel for a tip. It became quite a nuisance. Another disappointment with the hotel was the pricing of the food which was quite expensive considering that room are reasonably price.||||To sum it up, if you're looking for a budget accommodation for short stay with a group, Shivkrupa is a decent option with big rooms but don't expect...

This is an old hotel which is renovated into a new one but the accessories in the rooms are still old. The major drawback of the hotel is the service from the receptionist. They are so annoying and rude after the payment. We got scammed by the receptionist in the name of morning breakfast it's a whole scam I'll never ever recommend anybody to stay in this hotel. There are so many options available nearby this hotel which is cheap and best compared to this hotel. This hotel is not a value for money one please kindly check other hotels nearby before fixing this one. You can find so many negative reviews about this hotel everywhere and if you post any negative review they'll simply reply with a common reply that "we have checked our entries and we can't find your name and details in our entry" it's also a total scam.
