Pink floyd cafe and hotel — Hotel in Rajasthan

On the day of the holi we 7 to 8 friends including foreign nationals visited to Pink Floyd Pushkar.He is the one nightmare that you don't want to bump into during your holidays. He is a big scam, He did not keep any menu while we ordered and inflated prices for everything when the bill came. For a small piece of cake he charged Rs. 500 bucks and for lassi he charged Rs. 500 bucks which is at the max priced at Rs. 100. We argued for couple minutes and then we had no choice but to pay. We did not wanted to spoil everyone's mood, so we paid and left with a lesson. ||||I could not much do then but atleast I can do is save other people from falling into his trap by writing a review. I spoke to couple of guys near to the cafe and everyone told me that he is a big scam and he would scam mostly the foreign nationals. I suggest be careful with such cafes and places in Pushkar and ask for price everytime you order and never ever visit Pink Floyd Pushkar. I didn’t stay here because had booked another place before my visit to Pushkar this new year. But after visiting this cafe, I think I have to visit Pushkar again soon, only to stay here.

First things first: Food is lovingly made and tastes yum.

Service: Warm. Non-intrusive. Empathic.

And the best part: The name of the place and the nature/feel of the cafe matches. I mean it’s so difficult to live up to the standards of Pink Floyd that it’s nearly impossible . But the manager and founder of this place is a true true Floyd fan so he’s not let anything pollute his love for the band and its music. It feels like a true 70s haunt.

Lovely guy who owns this place. Feel aa gayi bhai bahut bahut thanks for making my visit to Pushkar so so special . From “Hey You” to “Dogs” sab sun ke bahut achha laga .. And Dark Side of the Moon i played on my way back in the car. What a way to begin 2023.

Okay so this is a slightly weird and tough review. My friend and I were in Pushkar for a few days and really enjoyed this cafe so much that we went there 3-4 times. I'm sure travellers have read about this place and what they say is true, the vibe is superb, food is pretty good, great views, and 420 friendly. There is a lot more that can be said but I just want to alert visitors about a bad and frankly unexpected experience that I had. The owner of the cafe doesn't seem to care how often you visit, he will do shady stuff out of the blue. On our last visit, weirdly enough, the owner decided to not give us a menu as we came and sat down to eat and drink. Strange, but whatever we knew what we wanted to we ordered. The owner waited for us to finish and then dropped a bill with bloated prices. He said 'aaj ke daam alag hai'. This was totally weird and unexpected and shady to a different degree. I do still recommend checking this place out, but for new travellers, I strongly recommend being careful of what happened to me and ask for a Menu WITH...
