KFC — Restaurant in Punjab

We Visited at around 7:30 pm , today on the 18th July 2025 , Very poor quality of chicken was served . It seems that just like everywhere in the city , they just fry the chicken beforehand in bulk acc. to anticipated number of orders and then keep warming it serving it . The chicken lacks taste , crunch and freshness and is soggy and oily . Also the staff is novice and undertrained. The tall turbaned guy at the Wave mall KFC who helped us place our order today at the kiosk smelled so bad , should work on maintaining personal hygiene when you work in hospitality industry . Also he messed up our order , he did not place the complete order as requested by us . Upon receiving the order, when we asked for the missing items , he started saying that we never ordered for those items which was annoying. Chicken was slightly warm and buns of the zinger burgers were cold, as if they were taken straight out of the freezer and weren’t grilled properly , chicken strips seemed microwaved and lacked crunch . We have been eating at KFC in the city for more than a decade and have also eaten KFC Abroad so we feel bad about the quality going down the drain in our city. When we asked the same guy that our burger bun was cold , he started touching it 🤮 no manners , no sense , such a novice young fellow. He was talking back to us as if we were eating at KFC for the first time, we have been eating KFC when it first opened in Ansal and Wave , back since our childhood days. I was very dissatisfied with this KFC experience due to multiple reasons. The staff was unfriendly and unprofessional, showing no proper mannerisms or willingness to assist. The cleanliness of the outlet was below standard, creating an unappealing environment. When I pointed out the poor service to the staff, it seemed to be taken for granted rather than addressed.

The overall atmosphere was dull, with staff appearing more focused on their friends dining in the outlet than on attending to other customers. Basic amenities like ketchup and napkins were not provided and had to be requested repeatedly. To make matters worse, my order was delivered with missing items, and I had to ask again to check and complete it. This lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer service is highly disappointing and far from the standard I expect at KFC. I ordered several KFC food items for delivery at our house. All of the items, each one of them were, sadly and disgustingly, really bad and was what we couldn’t even expect KFC to be like.

I ordered a KFC Zingers with Fries, 4 pieces of Hot & Crispy Chicken and 1 KFC Party Bucket.

It was a party of five friends that had met after a long time of college. That day, we all were in the same city and 3 of us in the same town. We met, had fun and hang out a lot but when we reached my home. At the end of the day, at the night party, we ordered all of the KFC items and it was totally bad.
