Having Ice Cream at Cream Stone for almost a decade now. Starting at Jubilee Hills and now at Kokapet. Best Ice Cream in my view.
Had a terrible experience today at Kokapet and this reiterated a belief as companies grow big, they forget the most basic things - a satisfied customer. Great companies faltered when they took their customers for granted.
With just one customer in the store and atleast 6 to 7 staff members, I had to wait at the counter with the staff talking to themselves. And, see them taking scoops of ice cream from the freezer and tossing (throwing would be a better word) onto the table. After that, still no one comes forward to give me my ice cream. The scoops just continue to rest on the freezer table seeking attention.
So, I realized that customers can pay 200+ for a small scoop of ice cream but are still at the mercy of the staff till they decide that they have time to attend to the customer.
Short to say, this experience ended my decade long love for the cream stoke ice cream brand.

Read moreThose who know how this one ice cream shop of Jublee check post (around 2007) became a successful franchise can actually share how the taste gradually dropped over the period of time. It may be due to the population explosion of Hyderabad vs their number of outlets. Quality had to go for a toss. This cannot be understood by the new generation or the new migrants who have come to the city recently. They were once the torch bearers for showcasing creativity with icecreams and playing around our taste buds. Nowadays the passion in making that kind of ice cream is not there. It has become just another vendor who serves the same kind of stuff over the years. Coming to this specific outlet, I didn't find anything amazing in the making of the icecream or in the taste. Though it wasn't Bad but it wasn't great...
Read moreThis review of Cream Stone Ice Cream is only about Narsingi Outlet During my recent visit to Narsingi outlet, I encountered some challenges with their order management. Orders were not prepared and served in the sequence they were placed, leading to delays and confusion among customers.
Despite the service hiccups, the quality of the ice creams was commendable. The flavors were rich and satisfying, with the Mini Red Velvet Scoop standing out as a must-try item. Its creamy texture and balanced sweetness made it particularly enjoyable.
In summary, while the Narsingi outlet of Cream Stone offers delightful ice cream options, there is a need for improvement in their order management system to enhance the overall...
