I visited yesterday and liked the place very much. On visiting you will receive Sindur tika and pera sweet as prasadam from Pujariji. Also you will find a Pera seller right in front of the temple from where you purchase and may offer your Puja to Lord Hanumanji. I found the Pera to be very delicious....

I used to visit this temple daily morning around 4 years back. Nowadays there is no peace here. Some reasons: Young pandits have thronged the temple. They stop devotees from taking parikrama. The Shiv Mandir is fully jam packed with people who deliberately crowd the Shivling. You cannot have a Darshan of the main Shivling but only see the devotees. Too much attitude: Young Pandits have their dislike for single men like me whom they keep commenting every now and then as a result it's a big hindrance to your spiritual connection between Hanuman Ji and the Devotee. To be precise whenever I get a Sindur ka teeka my day goes bad so I don't get any teeka on my forehead. But I find no one here inside the temple to discuss these...
