Burger King — Restaurant in West Bengal

I LOVE Burger King, and it's one of my favorites. I've tried Burger King at various outlets across different states- Delhi, Bombay, Jammu, but this outlet has been one of the worst experiences. I ordered a Veg Makhani Burst, and when it arrived, I was surprised by the minimal amount of makhani sauce, even less than in the regular Veg Makhani. The whole point of the "Burst" add-on is to have an extra portion of makhani sauce. I could understand if they were low on sauce, but the onions? They literally gave me just two small slices. I've had the Veg Makhani Burst countless times, and it usually has a generous amount of makhani sauce which drips our from edges and plenty of onions. Here, however, the staff didn’t seem to give a damn about their customer at all.

After my meal, I ordered two softie ice creams. I waited for 30 minutes, and eventually had to go to the counter, only to find that the staff didn’t even know I had placed an order!!! They were busy with other tasks like billing and packaging. I asked one of the staff members where my ice cream was, and he casually replied, "aapne order kar diya hai?" After showing him my bill, he finally served me the softie, which took just 2 minutes to prepare. Their negligence wasted 40...

Worst experience I have ever had… today I and my three friends visited Burger King… a staff over there guided us to choose our order…. Our order included two combos which they were calling the “celebration combo” which had two burgers two fires two drinks and two Sunday in each combo that was of around ₹599…. Well we received our order really fast… we enjoyed our meal and before leaving I even gave a tip of 40 to the waiter and the staff who guided us…. The waiter didn’t even asked us that we were still having our sundays to try…. I mean if I am taking a combo why won’t I get all the contents in one go? Yeah we are teenagers so atleast they could’ve told us but they kept quiet… even when we were leaving one of my friends saw the waiter laughing with the staff who helped us…. I mean such an amazing business policy you all are having…. I promise neither I nor any of my friends would recommend Burger...

Bunch of cheats. I ordered from them last night through Zomato. One of my items was missing. Zomato couldn’t resolve the issue as they were negligent enough not to respond to the call of the executive. So I had to call them personally, which they responded to after a long wait. After a lot of hassle they promised to deliver my item, that to after 1.5 hour (around 9:30 PM). I waited for them but no one came, neither did anyone call. I tried to call them but no one picked up the call, not even the next morning. Now I have to resolve this issue my mailing to Zomato which is another hassle for any customer. This is not only extreme unprofessionalism but also a case of fraudulence as my order was...
