This review is based on my latest experience at the outlet. Request you to tread cautiously and be aware of what they’re doing - you could order one thing and be served something else. The door creaked when I pushed it and walked inside the restaurant. The tv was loud. Members of the staff were sitting at one of the tables spending time on their phones. Anyway, I proceeded to the billing counter and asked them to bill me for a footlong, but they billed me for two 6” subs. In the meanwhile I had mentioned that I’d be taking a multigrain bread - but they didn’t ask me which one and went ahead and slit open one on their own. That had to go back into the oven and out came the one I requested for. Next up, they chose to slice up the cheese and lay it down in the bread (without me asking for it) & toast it away. Once toasted they asked me which veggies I wanted - this was the first time they asked me anything. I noticed the toasted bread and melted cheese and was really upset. One of the staff said that the cheese should be scraped away and veggies can be laid after that. This was the nail in the coffin. I totally lost my cool within. Outside I was just quiet. Inside I was really furious and decided that I’m never coming back. They scrapped that sub and began afresh. Anyway, I just paid for the food, told them they can prepare it however they want to and have it themselves. That day’s experience put me off and I wrote about it on the feedback website. Read moreFor twice it's been such a bad experience, I went to the outlet, they kept me waited for more than 30 mins and then they said rosted garlic would take 30 mins more to bake I still decided to wait, thereafter they said that some of the sauces are also not available and beyond all, paneer Tikka isn't also not available, I want to ask the customer care team if your team isn't capable of running a smooth outlet then why don't you just keep it shut and stop harrassing the customers. At least this isn't something we expect from Subway as customers. Read moreThis particular joint of subway hardly lives upto the standards of some international food chain. I am a regular visitor here and the typical face of this joint is ever dirty tables. The worst part is that those Manning this joint are quite callous when it comes to maintaing hygiene. On my visit today, three of the four vacant tables were dirty, had leftovers and were greasy. When asked to clean, one of the attendant came with a paper tissue and mopped it dry to his satisfaction with grease marks still visible. Once prodded, he came in with some foam sheet and did clean that table but didn't care to even look at the other dirty ones.
