SkyJumper Trampoline Park Chennai — Attraction in Zone 13 Adyar

I'll explain why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 a little later in my post.

About the location: It's in the top most floor of the Grand Square Mall at Velachery. Parking is not a problem. The kids love the escalator rides to get there. Along the way, they also make a note of all the eateries and other things they can ask for later!

This is my 4th time going here and I thought it's time I write my review.

The staff are efficient. We went soon after they opened for the day around 11:30 am on a Friday. So, it was quiet. We avoided the mad rush so to speak. They sell the grip socks for ₹80. If you own one take it with you. Take plenty of water. No food or drinks allowed inside the main area for obvious reasons. Bathrooms are well maintained. They have a basic cafe upstairs at the comfortable, well appointed waiting/vewing area.

Everyone who intends to go to the trampoline area has to watch the safety video. 5 stars for that! Safety first right. They have staff members who are there monitoring or just playing with the kids showing them tricks etc. That is really nice and helpful in keeping the kids engaged. Both kids and adults will certainly have fun.

They charge you by either 1/2 hour or 1 hour. They have discounted rates for weekdays and for people older than 40.

Now the reason I gave 4 stars is because, I went on a Friday, that was neither a Government Holiday (Ramadan, which is on Saturday in India) nor technically a school Holiday. The lady tried to charge me weekend rates citing the above two. It took a little convincing on my part and another gentle man who was there with his son to make her see reason. The lady kept citing what their website indicated. Ultimately she relented. I think a situation like this should never have risen in the first place. I think the establishment should train their employees better to not lose their credibility.

That said, I do recommend going...

Our experience at the trampoline park was nothing short of exhilarating. From the moment we entered, the atmosphere was buzzing with energy and excitement. The park boasted a plethora of attractions that catered to both children and adults, ensuring there was never a dull moment.

The highlight, of course, was the array of trampolines spread across the facility. Whether it was bouncing, flipping, or soaring through the air, everyone in our group had a blast testing their skills and defying gravity. The park also offered various other activities such as foam pits, dodgeball courts, and obstacle courses, adding layers of fun and variety to our visit.

What truly set this trampoline park apart, however, was the exceptional hospitality we received. The staff members were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was enjoyable and safe. They provided clear instructions, monitored the attractions diligently, and were always on hand to assist with any queries or concerns.

Overall, our time at the trampoline park was filled with laughter, thrills, and unforgettable memories. The combination of exciting activities and top-notch hospitality made it a standout destination for families and friends alike. We can't wait to visit again and create even more cherished moments together. Heart felt thanks to Mr.Sachin, Mr.Agni, Mr.Jerry and the kids most favourite person Mr.Mascot. We came to sky jumper trampoline on 21.09.2025. Has my kids is wished to play in soft play we took 1full ticket and next half ticket. There was a rules of wearing and entering inside. We have only 2 pairs of scoks only. So I sent one parent and kid inside. Iam not intersted to entry inside. So I asked the half ticket refund in 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 with a respect. They also said no refund in 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘆 and they gave another option. That they said we need to talk to 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿. Then I said it's ok I will talk with them. That billing lady said the 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗹𝗮𝗱𝘆 clearly. She also said no refund but I requested her.And that 𝗹𝗮𝗱𝘆 called has 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗮 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝘂𝗿. Iam asked her but she not 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 me and using her 𝗺𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲. 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗽𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿 not fit for handling the 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿'𝘀. Iam talking to that 𝗹𝗮𝗱𝘆 but again and again she is showing the 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗽𝗶𝗱 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗲 and using her 𝗺𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲.Again the another 𝗺𝗮𝗻 came and asked the problem i explained 𝗵𝗶𝗺. Then 𝗛𝗲 is also repeating the same 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗹𝗮𝗱𝘆.Even 𝗵𝗲 didn't 𝗮𝘀𝗸 where is the 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 is and 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 the 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 side.How come 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 these 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱 of 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿 as a 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿'𝘀. We came to enjoy with our kid but we was 𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 because of that 𝟮 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘀. 𝗡𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿...
