After seeing many reviews. A week ago, I ordered a combo through Zomotto. It was so good. They have provided 4 pulkas, chana masala, and masala buttermilk. Cost of the combo was two hundred and ten rupees and it's worth for money. Then I visited their dine in restaurant with my family for dinner. This is the most horrible experience I've ever had in my life. The first disappointment is the combos are not available in dine-in restaurant. Then I ordered Pulka, Parata, Panner butter masala, veg kadai, masala papad and a Veg Fried rice. All items are served on biodegradable materials such as plates, bowls, spoons, and so on. That was good for higine. However, the quantity become lower than other restaurants. Eighty rupees were charged for the papad, which was so small and not at all good in taste. They served the papad and topping separately, and there was no lemon on top. Pulka costs twenty-one rupees each and it is well worth for it. The pulkas are hot and soft. But Parata cost thirty five rupees each, and it was more or less a thick and triangle shaped chappathi. Since it is a Rajasthani restaurant, we cannot expect spicy dishes. But still, something is missing here. Because paneer butter masala and vegetable kadai both are average. They charged two hundred and thirty rupees each. Comparing with other veg restaurants, the quantity was very low for the money what we paid. Because I had been to a few Rajasthani and Punjabi restaurants with my friends. Comparing with those restaurents. Both curries are not up to the mark. The ultimate failure is veg fried rice. I never tasted that kind of fried rice in this world. It cost one hundred and eighty rupees. They used long-grain Basmati rice, but it was uncooked. The quantity is also extremely low for this cost. Since all the above items are sweet, we have requested them to make the fried rice a little spicy. I don't know what happened to that chef. He liberally sprinkled pepper on it, and we are unable to eat. Somehow we managed and finished that fried rice. Overall we are unsatisfied and the final bill was one thousand +...

First time a similar incident happened earlier this year where we had guests and we ordered pav bhaji along with some other items and got only bhaji without the pav!! Then it was a chaos to call the restaurant back and get it delivered!
Today we ordered for dinner through swiggy by 9.04pm and from what I saw the delivery executive reached the restaurant to pick my order by 9.20pm. It was 9.55pm and the app kept showing a prompt âTHE RESTAURANT HAS REQUESTED MORE TIME AND ORDER IS STILL BEING PREPAREDâ
We got so frustrated and called them as very clearly it was an hour since we ordered, the number mentioned on the swiggy app when called said âthey are not answering incoming callsâ we cut and called the delivery partner and told him to hand the call to the restaurant.
One super bitchy arrogant lady answered the call, she lacks customer service skills and has absolute zero manners to deal with customers. SO. MUCH. ATTITUDE. And ARROGANCE. My mom spoke to her and she was like how can you rush us, order is still under preparation you canât expect us to handover order immediately after ordering. EXCUSE ME ?????!!!! ONE FREAKING HOUR. That is NOT IMMEDIATELY AFTER ORDERING.
Seems like the delivery partner was frustrated waiting for over 40mins and something has happened between him as the lady representing Mr.Papdi that we heard her clearly tell our executive that she wont give him our order. (HIGHLY ADVICE TO REPLACE THAT WOMEN WITH SOMEONE WHO KNOWS TO VALUE AND RESPECT CUSTOMERS TIME, MONEY AND HUNGER LEVELS) she threw an attitude that said or rather SCREAMED - I donât care you can cancel your order too if you want.
We called the customer support and had to explain everything in detail and they replaced our partner and we got our dinner by 10.30pm - 1 and 1/2 hours later!!!
The issue between the arrogant lady and delivery partner costed us WHYYY??!!!

   Read moreWe really had a very bad experience at this restaurant as the manager was too rude don't even know to respect women....Me and my daughter went to try something new so entered this so called Mr Papdi restaurant..My daughter clearly ordered two items crispy corn and mom's platter he said it will take 20mins even tough not much crowded..we said it's fine..We were calmly sitting and waiting for our food to come..we were do hungry so ordered one vada pav as other two Wil take time....vada pav was good ...it was 30 minutes we ordered all other tables who came after us got their order but we still waiting I asked the manager wat happen why we didn't get our both ordered . He replied you only ordered one item which will take some more time .. I heard my daughter clearly ordered two items ... We were like let it go and asked when the other item we will get as it's already more than 25 minutes it's taking.. I said the manager very politely that once I placed order my hubby called me it was 7.05 and now the time 7.30 I have proof It has been more than 25 minutes we didn't get order ..He was like if u have proof can we go to court... I was like what... Got frustrated and asked him to cancel the Momos order and give me the bill for vada pav.. He said very rudely he can't cancel the Momos u have to pay for both Momos and vadapav ...I replied what I ate I will pay I can't pay for momos...He replied you can leave without paying and telling his staff never ever allow this lady again in restaurant not in this street... I was totally disappointed by the behaviour of that manager... He couldn't hear properly what I ordered ...He couldn't give ordered food to the customer on time...He couldn't respect the customers.Really had a very bad experience... Friends think twice you go to these type of restaurants ...Just sharing with u all as it can happen to...
